Our Eagle’s Nest log cabin is perfect for your next vacation, reunion, weekend getaway or personal retreat. Are you planning your honeymoon? Need a comfortable home base for exploring and sightseeing? You've found it!
We have two historic log cabins, Eagle's Nest and Antlers, lovingly decorated, fully renovated and modernized with every convenience imaginable. This turn of the century ranch has the charm, character, privacy and adventure that insures a memorable Colorado vacation. What began in the early 1900’s as a potato farm was converted to a working ranch and now it's a retreat for you!
We’re open year-round and located 45 minutes west of Colorado Springs, Colorado. We invite you to experience why visitors come to Colorado: clean and clear mountain air at 9000 ft. elevation; average summer temperature of 70 degrees; campfires at night in the cool evenings; and fantastic nighttime views of the moon, stars and planets. Our 35 acres offers outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Eagle’s Nest Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, the cabin has a dining table, wood-burning fireplace insert, free Wi-Fi access, rocking chairs, porch, outside patio for relaxing, fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer, and charcoal grill/smoker (bring your own charcoal).
Our two cabins are available for rent individually or combined. We have a playground, a well-marked hiking trail, a fire pit, gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Sarah Bedford purchased this Cabin in 2005
Why Sarah Bedford chose Teller County
Steve and Gwen Smith, Founders and Directors of Potter's Inn selected this property in 2006 because it was the most beautiful property they had ever seen. It is surrounded by three mountain ranges and in the back yard of Pikes Peak. It has a cozy, cocoon-like feel with a very peaceful setting of Colorado beauty.
What makes this Cabin unique
We enjoy snow shoeing in the winter, hiking in the summer. It is so quiet here and we love to watch the wildlife around us, interacting with us.

Everything was picturesque and perfect. I would stay here again in a second.
We loved the cabin and felt right at home!
The cabin had everything we needed plus extras! It was cozy and we were glued to the front porch. It was very clean and well maintained! We would love to return there!
It was nice to get away from all the crowds after our day of exploring.
It was a little further away from all the activities we were doing. It was a full day by the time we got back to the cabin. They did have everything we needed. Thank you.
Very Quaint and Peaceful!!
My wife and two boys stayed at the Eagles Nest and we truly enjoyed it! It is out away from everything and very peaceful which is what we wanted. Reminded me of an old cottage!
