Thank You for viewing our Gulf Side Condo. This completely refurbished (April 2014) 2nd floor Studio unit has a limited Gulf View and is located on the west side of the building.
The unit includes a Simmons King firm bed and sleeps two adults. A large 55" LED TV is provided as well. Local telephone calls are free, too. Wireless internet is included at no charge.
All new kitchen includes all new appliances (stove, fridge, above the range microwave, dishwasher).
The complex contains three large pools (one is heated) and one toddler pool, in addition to tennis court. This is the best value anywhere on the beach. Book your dates today before they're gone!

Sugar Beach King
While the property as a whole could use a "facelift", the price and the location on the beach made up for any imperfections. Our individual unit (a studio) was modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean in the studio, and all necessary appliances were provided.
Cute place, perfect for a quick get getaway!
The AC unit didn't seem to be cooling when we first arrived, but the management company brought us a fan within the first hour we were there! It was a great little place - I would book this again!!!!!!
Anniversary getaway
We had a great time for a quick getaway vacation. Room was very nice and clean and we were close to pool and beach!
Beautiful and cozy
Only a few steps from the beach, this little studio was all that we needed to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The full kitchen with full sized appliances had everything we needed and more. Orange Beach has great shopping and awesome seafood restaurants. We had a nice, romantic stay.
Nice stay
The room was very nice, and clean. There was a good amount of space even though it was a studio condo. My only complaint is the bed, because was very hard and uncomfortable.
Good getaway
I gave this place three star because the wifi never really worked. The condo is also placed on a busy road so the traffic tends to wake you up. The bed was way different then what I am used to . The positives location, price we enjoyed our stay here 😊 we obtained an awesome tan!
