Walk to the Beach! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has an expansive panoramic golf and lagoon view! Over 3,700 square feet, all on one floor and sleeps 8. High ceilings with many skylights, open/spacious rooms, bright and sunny throughout, garage, pet friendly by arrangement with no size restrictions. A fence encompasses the entire pool and terrace which includes a generous grassy area for doggy convenience, allowing your canine family member to join you, without worry. This fence does not compromise the view, but allows freedom for our visiting doggy guests & convenience for their owners.

This home is one of two we have located on Live Oak Road, which is in Sea Pines Plantation down toward the Beach Club. It is on a beautiful street with lake-lagoons on both sides of the house and fairway golf course views out the back of the home which is mainly all glass to the views ... it has over 3700 square feet - and is light and bright throughout the home with large spacious rooms, high ceilings & skylights ... recently tiled hardwood look floors. Wifi of course. The living room has 52' flat screen TV, blue ray DVD, Bose surround sound. Den has TV and DVD. There are two master bedrooms, with bathrooms en suite. One, overlooking the pool, has a king sized bed, walk in closet, bathroom with shower and dressing table, the other a queen bed, that bathroom has a tub and a separate shower, both have TV's with Blue-Ray DVDs. There is one bedroom with twin beds and the fourth bedroom consists of a full size bed and a twin bed. 4 Bedrooms 3 l/2 Baths ... sleeps 8.

Wide open, sunny, spacious pool and spa area. The barbecue is conveniently located here, next to the kitchen, & overlooking the golf course. In cooler weather, both pool and spa can be heated.

Near the beach: Walk across the street and down to a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean, less than 600 yards or an 8 minute walk away.The Sea Pines Beach Club is roughly 1/2 mile down the beach and it serves drinks, lunch and dinner and has live music in the summer.

Our other home, also on Live Oak is VRBO or HomeAway 3523347 and we also have 371621 located in Baynard Park. Both are also pet friendly.

For those who like to bike ride, we have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. Simply call them at 843-686-5833 and ask for the discount. They offer free delivery and pickup also.

We had been looking for a holiday home throughout the south. We found Sea Pines the perfect answer. Nothing commercial, just a lovely Plantation with natural beauty both in the residential areas and along the vast unspoiled beaches. When we walked into this particular house, the dramatic entry hall, open high skylighted ceilings, with a huge wall of glass beyond, surprised and wowed us as we entered, and as it has most of our visitors since. We were finally home! Since then we purchased 2 more homes that we also offer for rent, HomeAway 371621 & 3523347.

What makes this house unique

An pleasant walk to the beach. A wide open property, both inside and out, on a quiet wide lagoon divided road. Loads of sun for the fenced pool, large paved pool deck with a grassy area for visitors with a dog.

Easy house to live in for the vacationer who appreciates a lovely home away from home.

Beautiful Location, Exceptional Home

We spent nine weeks last winter at 6 N Live Oak. The house is located in a beautiful quite neighborhood that was very close to bike paths and a short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and comfortable and has many windows that allow you to feel part of the outdoors even when you are inside. The back of the house is all glass and looks out onto a swimming pool with a spa. Beyond the pool are a lagoon and the newly redesigned Atlantic Dunes Golf Course (previously known as the Ocean Course). Carol does a great job of providing information and is very responsive and great to work with. Next year will be our third year enjoying one of Carol and Gary's places. We have found that anyone staying at one of their homes will enjoy an excellent experience, as their goal is to make sure that you leave Hilton Head loving it as much as they do! We want to thank Carol and Gary for sharing their home with our family and look forward to our next stay in 2017.

Wonderful home!

This was our first stay at 6 N Live Oak, but we hope to return soon! Carol is a delight to work with and very attentive to any questions. The home had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa are amazing and one of the nicest pools we have encountered! We so appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and it was perfect having the fenced area around the pool. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home!

Perfect!!

We have just recently returned from a perfect week at 6 North Live Oak! My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 8 years and just love Sea Pines. We have stayed in several rentals over the years that were all very nice, but none compared to 6 NLO, it was perfect!! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home! 6NLO is very warm and inviting, the décor is beautiful and the home is stocked with everything you could imagine, right down to beach toys! Oh and the pool....AMAZING!! Sometimes it was hard to leave the beautiful pool to head out to the beach!

Not only is the home perfect, but Gary & Carol allowed us to bring our dog with us, to some they are just pets, but to us he is part of the family. In my rental experice you sometimes have to worry about the homes that allow pets, but that is not the case with 6 NLO! Dog Lover or not you will LOVE this house. It is literally minutes to the beach and very close to Harbor Town and South Beach, you can't go wrong!

On top of the greatness of the house the owner is amazing as well! She was always available to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot ;). She spells everything out for you in her Welcome Letter, which is very helpful.

We had a great house for the week which made for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be returning next year!! :)

Another exceptional vacation at N Live Oak

This is our third stay at N Live Oak and it did not disappoint. In fact, we have already reserved the house for next year. Carol is great to work worth and genuinely cares about your experience at her home. The bright, sunny pool and patio with a top quality gas grill provide the perfect spot for relaxing and cooking dinners with family and friends. And our dogs love the view! The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and you'll find everything you need throughout. The Sea Pines Beach Club is minutes away and the beach is walking distance. This is a special home that is very well cared for and is a treat for us to visit each year. Thank you Carol and Gary for another great stay!

First let me start that normally I am not a person who blogs, tweets or posts but in this case I will make an exception to my rule. This year was our 2nd visit to 6 No Live Oak and it was nothing short of spectacular. This home is truly amazing. From the light and airy interior to the stunning patio and pool. We had the honor of staying 2 full weeks and had an amazing time. The owner, Carol is wonderful to work with and you know from this house that she takes pride in her property. We come as a family vacation and have booked already for next year. I highly recommend this property to all who plan to visit the beautiful location of Sea Pines SC
