Residential complex of 3 buildings. Type A: Living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, TV, kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven and microwave and terrace.
AMENITIES:
Elevator, swimming pool for adults and children, garden area. All kinds of services nearby.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment (sheets and towels), water, electricity, cleaning of entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Possibility to rent a car park on request for 11 € / day (direct payment at reception).
- Safes can be rented at reception, subject to availability (direct payment at reception).
ANIMALS:NO
DEPOSIT: 50 € / pax (card deposit at reception), or 200€ minimum.
TOURIST TAX:NOT INCLUDED (payable at cash reception).
Arrivals after hours:always on request and with a supplement of 80 € direct cash payment, from 20:00 to 22:00. maximum.
AVAILABILITY: these apartments only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday.
