You will experience a vacation that you will remember for a lifetime! This 10th floor unit(#1006) is one of the largest (over 1400 square feet) with breathtaking views of the sugar white beach and emerald green Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom are glass from floor to ceiling.

This unit is professionally decorated with granite countertops through out, crown molding, wet bar, wireless internet and TV/DVD players in each bedroom and living area. The master bedroom has a king bed, queen beds in the other two bedrooms and a queen sofa. The master bath as a twin vanity with separate shower and jetted tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including, blenders, toasters, coffeemakers, etc.


San Carlos is one of the newest and nicest condos in Gulf Shores. It is close to restaurants and beach attire shops, drug stores, and groceries. It is less than 10 miles from the Foley Tanger Mall.

My husband's family is from this area and we have always enjoyed visiting. Usually make several trips a year for family occasions. We enjoy the beach and especially the fall with the shrimp festival time of year. Will be great to have our own place for the entire family.

We plan to use this unit, but it is also an investment for us. We want you to use it as well and take care of it as we would. We have put a lot of thought and consideration into furnishing the unit so it will be relaxing for all. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have seen it grow and become the favorite vacation spot that it is today. It is family friendly and we hope this image is maintained.

What makes this condo unique

This property has a great location close to town and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sporting facilities. Great beach front view as far as you can see. You can walk to the main hwy #59 intersection and it is less than 10 miles from the Tanger Outlet Mall.


We arelocated in the center of Gulf Shores close to most any ammenity you would desire from the Zoo to the Hang Out, wonderful restaruants and numerous water activities.
