You may be able to find a cheaper rate somewhere, but be sure to check out the size of their beach front AND the number of units in the building. Multiply the units by 4 people and that's who you will be sharing the beach front with. Also, are there huge condos on either side? That's even more people!

The Moonspinner has three 9 story buildings side by side which gives us 700 linear feet of beach front. There are approx. 240 units, which means fewer people and more beach front! That's a Win-Win for You!

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO RENTING THIS CONDO:

--All rates listed are Plus Tax (12%), Security Deposit (refundable $300) and cleaning fee ($95)

--$50 fee added per month for all Monthly Rentals to cover AC/Heat allowance. Depending on power bill that month, part of this fee may be refunded.

--$50 added for all Credit Card payments. The difference between $50 and the actual fee charged to us will be refunded to the renter.

--Deposit returned within 14 days after inspection and condo key return. Deposit will be reimbursed in full, minus: cost of all loss / damage, credit card fees we incur, overuse of the heat and/or AC units (usually due to leaving sliders open white heat/AC units are not turned "OFF"). Please help us keep Beach Path reasonably priced! **Thanks**

--Cancellations - 30+ days prior to start date: 100% // Less than 30 days: we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are successful, your rent will be refunded minus any last minute rental discounts given and any credit card fees charged. Your deposit will be refunded in full. If we cannot re-rent the condo, we will refund 1/2 the base rate, 100% of the cleaning fee + the tax amount, and your security deposit.

--No shows - deposit will be refunded, and rental fees will be forfeited.

--All rent due in full 30 days prior to expected day of arrival.

--Prefer payment by cashier or personal check. Credit card payment accepted (5% US fee added; 6% foreign fee added.)

--NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

-- If Pack 'n Play is used, it must be used according to the manufacturers instructions. Each renter using the Pack 'n Play is responsible for inspecting it to make sure it is in safe working order prior to use. Owners are not responsible for any accidents involving the Pack 'n Play and renters assume all liability if they choose to use the Pack 'n Play.

NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ALLOWED UNLESS THE UNIT IS OCCUPIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AND THAT PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST STAY THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.

Upon departure, condo is inspected and RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES and/or LOSSES TO THE UNIT DURING THEIR STAY WHICH MAY BE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After inspection and return of key, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days minus damage/loss.

--Not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property - keep exterior doors locked at all times.

--NO SMOKING on Beach Path property, NO SUBLEASING.

--Check in after 4:00 pm cst.

--Check out before 10:00 am cst.

--Failure to observe check in and out times will result in charge for extra day(s).

Every winter we wonder why we live in such a cold climate - dreaming of getting away to Panama City Beach gets us through the blizzards and ice storms! We look forward to sharing our 'home away from home' with you! We have vacationed in the Panama City Beach area for years and have found this to be the best part of the beach - the far Eastern end by St. Andrews State Park. It is quiet, laid back and peaceful, but still close to all the restaurants and activities. We love it there and know you will too!

What makes this condo unique

The Moonspinner is in a great location because you get the best of both worlds. You are away from the more populated areas of the beach but all the restaurants, excursions, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Mini Golf, and other children's activities are just a short distance away. Our unit, Beach Path, has FREE Wi-Fi, so bring along your laptop! The office has a computer available to all guests so you can check your emails or other information if you don't have your computer with you. The office also has a huge selection of money saving coupons for all sorts of activities in the area plus, at times, free small gift bags for everyone. Don't forget to stop by and pick yours up!

700 feet of beach for the Moonspinner ONLY. Don't share your beach (and your vacation time) with thousands of other people! Look down the beach and you'll see one towering condo building after another - you'll be sharing your beach with all those people if you rent on the west end of the beach...rent EAST and enjoy plenty of space, and a peaceful vacation experience. Still close the EVERYTHING except all those people! :o) It doesn't cost more, so why not be exclusive??

Perfect vacation condo on PCB!

Top 10 Things we loved about Beach Path at Moonspinner

1. The amazingly awesome view of the ocean from two balconies on floor 5 and 6!

2. The spotlessly clean well-appointed townhouse-style condo in a very clean and well-maintained building.

3. The beautiful pool area with nice facilities. Expansive green lawn, sand dunes, and walkway to the beach.

4. The quick access to the uncrowded and clean beach. Being on the far end of PCB is less crowded and within walking distance to the undeveloped beaches of the state park to the east.

5. Proximity to all the great restaurants and attractions in PCB within a five to 20 minute drive.

6. St. Andrew's State Park just a minute's walk away!

7. The included week of beach chair rental!

8. The friendly staff who checked in our car and showed us where to park our bikes for the week.

9. The great communication when booking with Suzi, the owner. Thanks, Suzi!

10. The awesome family time we had together on the balconies enjoying dinners and the views!

Nice condo with lots of stuff in the kitchen to use when cooking.

The property is older but well kept. It is on a very secluded end of the beach by the state park. We had a great stay.

Beautiful condo, quiet beach, walk to Schooners

Million dollar view!

Two thumbs up for your beautiful home. It has a beautiful interior and the views from both balconies are spectacular! It is a very quiet location, which is exactly what we were looking for. But It is only a short drive or walk to some excellent restaurants. The beach is everything I remembered it to be. It was incredibly clean and has the consistency of white flour. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing vacation home with a beautiful view and a stunning beach definitely consider this condominium townhouse.
