You may be able to find a cheaper rate somewhere, but be sure to check out the size of their beach front AND the number of units in the building. Multiply the units by 4 people and that's who you will be sharing the beach front with. Also, are there huge condos on either side? That's even more people!
The Moonspinner has three 9 story buildings side by side which gives us 700 linear feet of beach front. There are approx. 240 units, which means fewer people and more beach front! That's a Win-Win for You!

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO RENTING THIS CONDO:
--All rates listed are Plus Tax (12%), Security Deposit (refundable $300) and cleaning fee ($95)
--$50 fee added per month for all Monthly Rentals to cover AC/Heat allowance. Depending on power bill that month, part of this fee may be refunded.
--$50 added for all Credit Card payments. The difference between $50 and the actual fee charged to us will be refunded to the renter.
--Deposit returned within 14 days after inspection and condo key return. Deposit will be reimbursed in full, minus: cost of all loss / damage, credit card fees we incur, overuse of the heat and/or AC units (usually due to leaving sliders open white heat/AC units are not turned "OFF"). Please help us keep Beach Path reasonably priced! **Thanks**
--Cancellations - 30+ days prior to start date: 100% // Less than 30 days: we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are successful, your rent will be refunded minus any last minute rental discounts given and any credit card fees charged. Your deposit will be refunded in full. If we cannot re-rent the condo, we will refund 1/2 the base rate, 100% of the cleaning fee + the tax amount, and your security deposit.
--No shows - deposit will be refunded, and rental fees will be forfeited.
--All rent due in full 30 days prior to expected day of arrival.
--Prefer payment by cashier or personal check. Credit card payment accepted (5% US fee added; 6% foreign fee added.)
--NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
-- If Pack 'n Play is used, it must be used according to the manufacturers instructions. Each renter using the Pack 'n Play is responsible for inspecting it to make sure it is in safe working order prior to use. Owners are not responsible for any accidents involving the Pack 'n Play and renters assume all liability if they choose to use the Pack 'n Play.
NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ALLOWED UNLESS THE UNIT IS OCCUPIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AND THAT PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST STAY THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
Upon departure, condo is inspected and RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES and/or LOSSES TO THE UNIT DURING THEIR STAY WHICH MAY BE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After inspection and return of key, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days minus damage/loss.
--Not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property - keep exterior doors locked at all times.
--NO SMOKING on Beach Path property, NO SUBLEASING.
--Check in after 4:00 pm cst.
--Check out before 10:00 am cst.
--Failure to observe check in and out times will result in charge for extra day(s).
