You may find a cheaper rate somewhere, but be sure to check out the size of their beach front AND the number of units in the building. Multiply the units by 4 people and that's who you will be sharing the beach front with. Also, are there huge condos on either side? That's even more people!

The Moonspinner has three buildings side by side which gives us 700 linear feet of beach front. There are approx. 240 units, which means fewer people and more beach front! That's a Win-Win for You!

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO RENTING THIS CONDO:

--All rates listed are Plus Tax (12%), Security Deposit (refundable $300) and cleaning fee ($95)

--$50 fee added per month for all Monthly Rentals to cover AC/Heat allowance. Depending on power bill that month, part of this fee may be refunded.

--$50 added for all Credit Card payments. The difference between $50 and the actual fee charged to us will be refunded to the renter.

--Deposit returned within 14 days after inspection. Deposit will be reimbursed in full, minus: cost of all loss / damage, credit card fees we incur, overuse of the heat and/or AC units (usually due to leaving sliders open white heat/AC units are not turned "OFF"). Please help us keep Beach Path reasonably priced! **Thanks**

--Cancellations - 30+ days prior to start date: 100% // Less than 30 days: we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are successful, your rent will be refunded minus any last minute rental discounts given and any credit card fees charged. Your deposit will be refunded in full. If we cannot re-rent the condo, we will refund 1/2 the base rate, 100% of the cleaning fee + the tax amount, and your security deposit.

--No shows - deposit will be refunded, and rental fees will be forfeited.

--All rent due in full 30 days prior to expected day of arrival.

--Prefer payment by cashier or personal check. Credit card payment accepted (5% US fee added; 6% foreign fee added.)

--NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 UNLESS THE UNIT IS OCCUPIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AND THAT PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST STAY THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.

Upon departure, condo is inspected and RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES and/or LOSSES TO THE UNIT DURING THEIR STAY WHICH MAY BE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After inspection and return of key, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days minus damage/loss.

--Not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property - keep door locked at all times.

--NO SMOKING, NO SUBLEASING.

--Check in after 4:00 pm cst.

--Check out before 10:00 am cst.

--Failure to observe check in and out times will result in charge for extra day(s).

About The Owner

We are Les and Suzi Morrow from Central Illinois. We have 2 grown boys, 7 grandchildren, and one brand new great-grandchild. We enjoy country dancing and are pictured here at a holiday demonstration at the Springfield Festival of Trees.

Why The Owner chose Panama City Beach

Every winter we wonder why we live in such a cold climate - dreaming of getting away to Panama City Beach gets us through the blizzards and ice storms! We look forward to sharing our 'home away from home' with you! We have vacationed in the Panama City Beach area for years and have found this to be the best part of the beach - the far Eastern end by St. Andrews State Park. It is quiet, laid back and peaceful, but still close to all the restaurants and activities. We love it there and know you will too!

What makes this condo unique

The Moonspinner is in a great location because you get the best of both worlds. You are away from the more populated areas of the beach but all the restaurants, excursions, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Mini Golf, and other children's activities are just a short distance away. Our unit, Beach Path, has FREE Wi-Fi, so bring along your laptop! The office has a computer available to all guests so you can check your emails or other information if you don't have your computer with you. The office also has a huge selection of money saving coupons for all sorts of activities in the area plus, at times, free small gift bags for everyone. Don't forget to stop by and pick yours up!

700 feet of beach for the Moonspinner ONLY. Don't share your beach (and your vacation time) with thousands of other people! Look down the beach and you'll see one towering condo building after another - you'll be sharing your beach with all those people if you rent on the west end of the beach...rent EAST and enjoy plenty of space, and a peaceful vacation experience. Still close the EVERYTHING except all those people! :o) It doesn't cost more, so why not be exclusive??

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vaction at the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Path in the Moonspinner complex. It exceeded our expectations; with amazing views, the convince location and all the comforts of home. The two floors were nice to separate sleeping upstairs and living on the first level. The pictures shown of the condo only give you a glimpse of what to expect. We look forward to enjoying another stay in the future.

Great place!

Beautiful ocean front condo, with lots to do near by! Beach and water were gorgeous! The kids had a blast in the pool, condo was stocked with any thing you might need,and very clean, view from balcony was awesome! We had a great trip despite tropical storm Cindy , pouring rain on us a few days.

Girls week at BeachPath

Two of us gals had a girls week at BeachPath the first part of March. We both absolutely loved the condo. It was cozy and comfortable for two, but with the two levels it would be comfortable for a family, as well. It was clean and decorated so cute! It definitely is farther away from the big crowds. We drove into the main part of town a few times and both agreed that with the size and amount of condo buildings there, along with more traffic (not terrible, just typical city traffic compared to hardly any traffic at all in front of Moonspinner) that we were so glad we found this property! The beach at Moonspinner was definitely less populated, as well. They are working on the middle building so there was a bit of construction noise, but I just blocked it and concentrated on the sound of the waves. Thank you Suzi for sharing your beautiful condo. I can't wait to go back!

Family get Together on Panama City Beach

If you are looking for a wonderful place to spend a vacation you may want to consider BeachPath. BeachPath is located on the 5th and 6th floors of the beautiful Moonspinner condominiums directly on Panama City Beach. The condo is clean, quiet and has an amazing view of the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. BeachPath is walking distance to St. Andrews State Park on the East end of Panama City Beach. It is a quiet and secluded spot ideal for family vacations yet only a short drive from all that Panama City Beach and Panama City have to offer. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The bathrooms are recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Les and Suzi thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. I can't wait to return!
