About Karen Wagoner
I like to sew and I have made quilts for all the beds of the rental. I love to hike, I enjoy all the great hikes in the area. I love to garden, my husband and I have horticulture degrees. I am friendly and like to visit with people, but I do respect peoples privacy. My husband loves to fish and goes fishing when-ever he can.

Why Karen Wagoner chose Barview
I inherited the house from my mom, my mom wanted my husband and I to live next door to her. So we built another home attached to hers. We have lived in our home for more then 20 years.
What makes this House unique

Great location and views. Plenty of room for everyone. Had a little problem with ants but didn’t impact our enjoyment of being with family in a great place.

A bit outdated but still clean. We enjoyed using beach toys in garage for grandkids. We have a great time. Will stay again when in the area
Wonderful home, nice view on a rainy day.
We really enjoyed the stay. Karen and her husband were great hosts. We would definitely come back.
Clean beautiful home!
The house has a nice layout and was very clean. The view from sunroom is fantastic. Our family of 6 had lots of room and there was plenty of comfy furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
Thoughtful, caring owners with clean home
The owners put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable and pleasant. They put a ramp up for my husband's wheelchair. There were toys for the kids and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. They were also very gracious when we accidentally broke a lamp. The only drawback was we couldn't use the walk-in shower because the bathroom doorway was too narrow for my husband's wheelchair. Overall this place was very nice to stay at.
Nice view, lots of room, convenient location.
