The house is located at 10 92nd Street, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247. The house is located on the beach on 92nd Street.
The house is an upside down construction. There are two off street parking spaces next to the house and also immediate street parking.. As you enter from 92nd Street, there is a master bedroom, located on the left with a king size bed and a single bed, a large closet, furniture and a cable television and DVD/VCR. Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom, a linen closet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
On the other side of the ground floor is a bedroom with a queen size bed, next to sliding glass doors to a ground floor deck and immediate ocean view.
The third bedroom on the ground floor is another room with two single beds, cable television and outside ocean front ground level deck. On that side of the house next to the bedrooms is a full bath.
You go up the stairs to a large round fully equipped kitchen with a bar and eight stools. The kitchen has a small TV mounted on the wall. There is also a living room area that faces the ocean and a television with a DVD/VCR. Also on this floor are a large dining room table and a soft sitting area with a television, DVD/VCR and over 100 movies. This floor also has a powder room.
A full deck with chairs surrounds the entire main floor and there is a natural gas grill..
From the main floor you go upstairs to a loft area that has two single beds, a queen bed, a day bed , a full bath, a television (with DVD/VCR) sitting area and a computer. All the televisions have cable. There is also a computer, a printer and a fax.
Last year the house rented for $8300 a week in season, $6500 a week on both sides of the season and $4,700-$5,400 a week in the off-season. Our house can be rented by contacting the owners at 570-287-7191 ext #1, or by calling Premier Homes (609) 967-9200, who recently moved to Avalon, and we lease the house during the season as well. We also do the leasing in the off-season and can be a bit flexible. But you can stop by Premier Homes if you are in Stone Harbor and just ask to see the property and they would be pleased to give you a key. Please knock before you come in. We might be there.
