Blocks from Seattle's stunning Puget Sound, this impressive 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is the perfect vacation rental or business rental for up to 6 discriminating travelers. Few vacation rental condos can match the amenities you'll enjoy at this conveniently and luxuriously outfitted apartment in the heart of Downtown Seattle's happening Belltown district, and proudly presented by Seattle Oasis Vacations.

Convenient to CenturyLink Field, the Safe (Safeco Field), Museums, shopping, nightlife and the convention center, the MODA building is just blocks from Puget Sound and the Waterfront Shops, not to mention all the shops and restaurants in Belltown. Seattle's famous Space Needle is just blocks away, as is The Pike Place Market!

Tastefully furnished and decorated, guests enjoy wireless internet throughout, 2 flat screen televisions and some of the most breathtaking views of the city, mountains, from the rooftop BBQ Deck. A complete kitchen makes entertaining easy and convenient. Included are hotel mattresses and luxurious bedding. This is among the most comfortable private vacation rental properties on offer in the entire Seattle market. Included with this condo are private secure parking and a fully outfitted fitness center and lobby lounge with Pool Table.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

The condo itself was great and we loved being in walking distance of so much. The only reason I am giving four stars is the bathroom door gives very little privacy, which was uncomfortable when staying with another couple. Overall, it a wonderful spot and we would stay again.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Smack dab in the middle of Seattle, this condo is great for a small group. Clean, with very comfy beds. But it's the location, as it's within walking distance of everything that really makes it such a great place.

Location great but expect downtown noise

  • 4 of 5

Overall, this is a great place to stay for the location. It's half a mile from pike place market and less than a mile from the Seattle center for the Space Needle, Chihuly gardens, etc. If your a tourist, it's great.

To the specifics... the noise. If you go into it expecting downtown noise you'll be good. However, I wish we had been given a heads up on the construction currently happening on 3rd ave. It was bad. Workers would start around 7 a.m. If you plan to jump start your day early enough, you're good. Then the water was shut off. Now, we were given a heads up on the water shut off that happened our last night there a few days before our stay. Granted, the city was shutting the water off from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Not horrible until we realized that the construction crew right outside our window would be working ALL NIGHT LONG. We tried cranking up the fans that were in the apt which helped a bit. Also understand, you're staying in an apartment/condo complex. These things will happen. We stayed fairly flexible with the circumstances and it was fine.

Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Yes, the bathroom isnt huge but it gets the job done. I didn't have a problem with the bathroom door like some people have mentioned. I think you see a shadow of the person but it's not totally see through.

And my apologies to the girl I woke up the night we arrived. You enter an access code on the key pad at the front door of the building. It rings someone from the vacation rental and they buzz you in. Well we arrived around midnight and she sounded half asleep.

But needless to say, it was a great stay for our first visit to the PNW. I would stay here again for sure.

Clean and Convenient

  • 4 of 5

Overall accommodation was good. The unit is somewhat warm but they provided many fans to cool it down. Walking distance to everything.

Sleepless in Seattle

  • 2 of 5

The previous reviews did not exaggerate the noise levels at night. We were there during warm weather and had to leave the window open (no AC in this unit) and the bus stop noise, sirens, and sound of the homeless shouting down below on the street were ongoing all night long. The unit is very basic, smaller than it looked in the photos and has power outage issues. The building hallways and elevator seemed to always have an unpleasant odor. It was close to most attractions, and if the above doesn't bother you then it is a practical choice for your stay. To end on a positive note, the property management was friendly and responsive.

Feedback from first time VRBO renter

  • 3 of 5

Didn't realize it wasn't common for there not to be air conditioning and unfortunately, our stay was over record breaking hot weather in Seattle. Even though this unit comes with 1 window unit and fans, it was not enough to cool down the place (felt like 80 degrees inside). We called management after our first night (we arrived late or would have called upon arrival). They sent an engineer over within 2 hours and he identified that the only window unit was out of water, which was why it wouldn't work throughout the night). Some other fans and electrical units were broken, so they also replaced those. We ended up having up to 3 floor fans + ceiling fans in each room and that one window unit in the master bedroom...and it still never truly cooled the unit down. Too hot for my teenage son to sleep in the 2nd bedroom, so he had to find a place on our floor. Not sure how my daughter slept out in the family room. We couldn't open windows because of the street noise and smoke (the unit is right over bus stops). So, a big lesson I learned was to always rent something with air (or continue to stay in hotels). We also realized even for our family of 4, we need 2 bathrooms, or at least a 1/2 bath. The reviews were right on our initial reaction to the bathroom door (upon arrival, my teenage daughter told me she would not be showering in there). Plus, the lights in the bathroom put off too much heat to be able to get ready in there. So, a half bath or 2nd bath would have allowed others to finish getting ready while someone was showering. The only other mirror was in the master bath and there wasn't a plug nearby to try to dry hair (I didn't attempt that or make up the entire time because of how hot it was inside the apartment). The positive was the location. Although it felt like we were in a shadier part of town, it was a short walk from most places...and, we took Uber quite a bit. We also enjoyed our time on the porch in the morning and the roof top.
