ATTN: This owner complies with all State of Hawaii statutes regarding vacation rentals. The on-island contact/property manager resides in Mauna Lani and his contact information is provided to every guest 60 days prior to arrival when the final payment is due. The GET/TAT Hawaii Tax ID No. is GE-048-069-6320-02 and TA-048-069-6320-02. All guests are greeted upon arrival by our on-island contact. The Golf Villas of Mauna Lani is a NON-SMOKING COMMUNITY.

A word of caution as you are comparing villas: Those owners that are not providing their State of Hawaii GET/TAT Tax ID in the description of their vacation rental are in violation of Hawaii law, most likely because they are not paying their taxes, instead opting for a lower nightly rate and a higher vacancy rate. Our preference is to offer a very well managed villa that is always very clean, never in disrepair and constantly updated for our guests peace of mind and comfort. To accomplish that we have an extremely competent team that makes every effort to insure our guests have a terrific experience when visiting the Big Island and the Mauna Lani resort!

Our on-island contact will greet you upon your arrival at the villa. Should you have any questions on appliance, BBQ , cable remote or WIFI operations, he will answer them. He lives 5 minutes away and will be available to answer any needs during your stay. He has vast experience as a property manager so he understands guests needs very well. Tour or restaurant recommendations, directions, where to shop, outdoor market schedules, where to buy fresh fish, etc., he is your concierge.

Housekeeper: The villa is always immaculate upon your arrival. We feel we have the best house cleaner on the island and you will understand why when you arrive, Attention to detail is her motto. The villa is constantly being updated throughout the year. Our goal is that you feel this is your home away from home when you visit the Big Island. We have several guests that return every year!

Golf Cart Rental: If you would like to rent a street legal cart to travel around the Mauna Lani Resort please let me know and I can point you in the right direction. The owner of the business is a close friend and I will pass my discount on to you.

Beautiful stay

Great condo...highly recommended! Roger (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with, honest and personable through the whole process...and Bennett, his property manager, made us feel at home, totally prepared for our stay. The unit is beautifully furnished, well equipped, everything worked well, and the bed was just right for a great night's sleep. Thoroughly enjoyed mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee and drinking in the view to the music of the birds outside. The location is quiet but a very short distance to the beach, shops, and reasonable drive to Waimea or Kona...walking distance to many historic trails as well, if you want a little exercise. Thanks, Roger!

Lovely Location

An immaculate, beautifully-appointed condo with access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club private beach? What's not to love? This place is conveniently located, comfortable, and relaxing, while offering all kinds of amenities for both outdoor and indoor entertainment. Having Bennett as concierge brought a warm aloha to our experience that put the overall experience over the top. Recommend!

Superb Place to Stay on Big Island

This condo has all 5 star reviews for many justified reasons. It has a central, convenient location to the Kohala Coast. It was very clean and incredibly well kept. It truly did have all the comforts of home and more. We have stayed in several VRBO condos on the Islands and this was easily the best provisioned in the kitchen, the bathrooms, the grill area and balcony, the bedrooms and the common areas. Plenty of beach gear as well. Lots of small touches which were really appreciated. All of this makes your stay easy and enjoyable. The quiet, uncrowded location of the complex was a real vacation bonus. Roger made the process very easy and is obviously very attentive to your needs and the condition of the property. "Bennett", the property manager, is delightful, attentive and a wonderful knowledge base. He sincerely takes care of the guests. We recommend it without reservation.

Love it

We keep coming back. There must be a reason and there is. It's the perfect place for us. Convenient to everything. Beaches, hiking, restaurants and more and Hapuna beach is right up the way. It's very well maintained and has all the amenities of home. Bennett is adorable. Helped a great deal this stay. I strongly recommend the property to everyone.

Premium property!

Roger's exquisite condo is beyond the advertisement! It was spotless, beautifully furnished including very luxurious bedding and bath linens. The kitchen is completely and neatly stocked with high-end kitchenware and appliances. The grill is top of the line and we enjoyed delicious steaks and dinner on the lanai. The pool and hot tub are close and lovely and we love the ocean access at the Beach Club and of course, all of the beach toys and towels! Grocery and good shopping is within minutes however the property is quiet and private. The on-island Property Manager, Bennett, was helpful in getting us oriented to the condo and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. A most-knowledgeable and helpful contact!

We have been to this island many times and stayed in a variety of lodgings from high end resorts to other VRBOs. This property rates number one and we highly recommend it. It is a very affordable 5 * property!

Finally, let me say, Roger was easy to work with and prompt to respond. We loved his place and will definitely be back! Have already highly recommended his place and will continue to do so. Mahalo Roger.

Outstanding Big Island Home

Roger's villa on the Big Island is nothing short of outstanding!

Our family of four (two adults, to young kids), spent a week in this beautiful villa (late Jul 2016), and we couldn't have been any happier.

I don't think I can expand much on the numerous highly positive reviews you'll find here, so I'll condense my impressions as follows:

1) The first thing you notice about Roger's villa is how CLEAN is is. I mean, it's like nobody has ever been there since the place was built. My wife and I are clean freaks, and we were blown away. There is not a speck of dust nor a hint of dirt anywhere. Amazing!

2) This is really a **3 bedroom** disguised as a 2 bedroom. Yes, the third bedroom is a loft with a hideaway bed, but it's spacious and very comfortable. My 5-year-old boy had the time of his life in the loft. Honestly, this unit could easily accommodate three couples or a large family... understanding that the loft will be exposed to noise from those who stay up late or rise early.

3) This is obviously a second home for Roger and his family, and it shows. I can't find an expense that's been spared anywhere. The grill on the lanai? Better than anything I've ever cooked with. The dishwasher? Obviously new... and top of the line. The living room furniture? High quality and super comfortable. The beds? Not cheap! And we had a great night's sleep throughout our stay.

4) Access to The Beach Club is OUTSTANDING. A GREAT beach experience, and probably the best snorkeling we experienced on the island.
