This spacious 2200 sq ft. Sunriver home is located at #9 Central Lane, a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk to the Village Mall, grocery store, South Pool and tennis courts. The woods behind the property are an open green space, giving the home an extra secluded feel and frequent sightings of beautiful wildlife from the living room, dining room and kitchen that look over this view. There is also expansive decks along the back of the home which enjoy this private view.
We can easily sleep eight in one king, one queen, and four twins. We also have a trundle bed in one of the twin rooms, so the house can fit 9, especially with kids. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Stone fireplace with wood provided. Private hot tub. Double garage. Propane BBQ. We also provide bikes. We have flat screen TVs with cable. Also free WIFI connection. Includes SHARC pool and tennis passes for 8.
Sunriver has 40 miles of paved biking and walking trails, two golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables and accessibility to the Deshcutes River for rafting, fishing and canoeing. Mount Bachelor Ski Area is 18 miles away.
We have owned the home since 1986 and have continually upgraded, including a recent upgrade to the kitchen. This has been our vacation home and we have raised our 3 daughters enjoying the area and now they bring the grand children to enjoy.
The Owner purchased this house in 1985
We love the location of this house - close in and near by to everything, but also with a lot of privacy and beautiful views. The house is nice and open between the living room, dining room, kitchen and loft area. The kitchen was also highly functional for a group. It was great for our family.
We absolutely love this house. We have rented it several times for both family vacations and ladies weekends, summer and winter. It's a great home base for your outdoor adventures. There are even a few bikes for use in the garage and trails that run behind the house. And lots of outdoor seating for enjoying the sunny days. The hot tub is a great bonus. The kitchen had been updated before our last visit which made cooking a breeze. This fully stocked house has everything you need! We're already planning our next visit!
My girlfriends and I stay here every year in the spring. Its a perfect place for us to relax and unwind. Its big enough for all of us. Close enough to the stores that we can walk to and from. The hot tub is amazing.
We just got back from our week stay and had a fantastic time! The location of this house is perfect, just a short bike ride or walk from the Village, and the privacy on the deck was outstanding and all at such an affordable price. The house was very well stocked...impressively so. And it came with 8 SHARC passes which was great! The owner and property manager were very professional and made our transaction very easy and smooth. We will definitely return to this house on our future trips to Sunriver!
Just returned from a week of fun in this house. The only negative is this house does not have updated furniture and could use new carpet but it honestly didn't even matter. It was clean, had a great deck/hot tub and was stocked with an abundance of most everything you could need! It is in a great location with a private backyard and a very quick bike ride or walk to the Village! Great price for an enjoyable stay!
We stayed at this home for Spring Break. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, bedding and some kitchen supplies (like spices, sugar, oil, etc) The internet was fast and there was cable tv. The hot tub was GREAT!! There were three bikes in the garage but one was not working (not a big deal to our group.) The probably biggest thing for us that was a negative was that there was not a tv in the main living area. Luckily for us, my son brought his flat screen tv and so we bought a 100 foot coaxial cable and hooked it up in the living room (we ran the cable off a splitter from the loft tv). If you don't care about having a tv in the main living area, this won't bother you at all as they have a large flat screen in the loft with comfy couches upstairs, although there isn't a lot of seating. For us, it was March Madness week and we watched the games plus our family LOVES movies so it was a bummer that there wasn't a tv downstairs, but we did solve the problem!! The kitchen is very well stocked but the appliances are ancient and it was hard to cook on only two burners, one of which is under the over hang of a wooden counter that is about ready to burn up (it was black from the heat!) If you dont' cook a lot, it won't be a problem for you but we had to be creative and dinners took a LONG time to prepare! The oven is small also. Really this house has great bones but needs a major remodel. Still, it worked fine for us and the price was GREAT compared to other rentals. If you don't care about fancy, smancy furniture and fixtures, you won't regret renting this home. Just don't expect new and upgraded. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Our family stayed over Dec. 26-Dec 30th. We decided not to give Christmas presents this year to our children. Instead we rented this house and went skiing or snowboarding. This was the most wonderful gift to give our children. This house is centrally located to all the Sunriver extras. This house came with the Aquatic center passes which we didn’t use because we were too busy playing in the snow. This house was so wonderfully warm and comfortable. We have a family of 7 and with a little planning no one got a cold shower. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and etc. They even had some spices in case you didn’t pack your own. The view from the back of the house doesn’t look into anyone else’s which makes a really nice and private. There were plenty of towels, firewood and space at this house. The children already want to come back. Thank you for allowing us to rent this wonderful home for our Christmas present to our children.
