We rented your vacation home Oct 8-17 /2009 and are very happy we did. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing compared to the last time I stayed in a hotel room .The house had everything we needed to make breakfast before enjoying a day at the theme parks and saved us a lot of money on the days that we had diner in the home. Our youngest child would have spent all his days in the pool if we`d let him .We will never stay in a hotel when visiting Orlando again ....Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Beautiful villa with great pool and space for my family.

The villa was spacious and had great amenities including a great pool. It was very close to the parks and our place to relax after long days in Disney. I highly recommend this villa

Poor all round, don't go there

Place was tired, stuff worn and lots of complaints. Air con was knackered and had to wait for guy to come fix it. Most expensive villa we have had and the worst.

Great location close to parks and major road links in a quite neighbourhood.

Our host Peter has been great from the start, providing us with all the needed information and responding to all our queries in a timely manner. The house is spacious and the added play room with pool and Foosball table was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean home needs lots of repairs and improvements

Overall the home was very clean. When we arrived on Saturday and opened the patio door there were hundreds of flies present they started going into the home we were fighting them off so we didn't get the patio door closed fast enough. We went and purchased bug spray to kill the flies from the screened patio and the house. I emailed the owner who was quick to respond and was going to send the exterminator on Monday I declined, because we had killed most of them at the time and by Monday I was pretty sure they all would be dead; however I should have let the exterminator come because we ended up fighting flies all week I assume due to holes in the screen and the door leading outside from the patio which had an opening at the bottom and holes in it. We continued to tour the home we walked into the bathroom near the children's room and attempted to pull the shower curtain back to check the tub and the entire shower curtain fell on our head in our many attempts to put it back up it kept falling so we just left it down the entire week until we left. The living room blinds to the back door are holding on for dear life. We went to open the blinds in order to view the pool and about 6 of the blinds came tumbling down and in our many attempts to put them back up they kept falling so we left those down all week and put them back up before we left and noticed several of them have tape at the top in order to create a hold for the hole. There are not 8 wash and bath towels in each bathroom it is time to replace those old ones. Last but not least the beds...OMG the mattress are the hardest I have ever felt in both master bedrooms the best beds in the house was the girls room which my husband and I slept in the last couple of days due to the aches and pain from sleeping in the master bed. It is very important to have good beds if you are staying more than 2 days in a home. However the price was right and it was a last minute book for us and once again i have learned you get what you pay for.

Owner's Response: ** As mentioned by the guest, we did offer to send pest control service to take care of the flies on the outside pool deck area. We have pest control service paid for year round service - all that is required is the allowing them to come in. The guest informed us to cancel the pest control service!! ** The issue with shower curtain rod - all it would've taken was a quick call or email to owner or property manger to have them addressed. We have property manager/handy man available & minor issue like a curtain rod can certainly have been taken care of same day. ** The issue with pool sliding door vertical blinds - not sure how they can be "holding on for dear life." Either they stay up attached to the clip or they don't!! And obviously they were all there just fine prior to the guest arrival. It is impossible for 6 separate vertical strip of blinds to fall simultaneously & and detach from their clips!! Unless of course the guest or a child is trying to pull the blinds hard - without first adjusting the blind to open position!! It is a mistake that young kids can make. Again we received no call/email about it. Our property manager didn't have any problem putting them back up on checkout. Curiously enough the guest never mentioned about these issues during her stay or during her checkout - this came up only after security deposit was refunded. All it would've taken was a quick call or email to owner or property manger to have them addressed. One would hope, guests renting a house & posting negative review - would at least show the courtesy to allow the property manager to take a look at some at issues, access the issue & have an opportunity to address it. We try to help out guests any way we can - however, if we never receive a call/email, very little we can do to address it after the fact. ** As for the bed, we understand people have different preference - we've never heard this compliant from other guests, and you can see from other reviews - no one else raised this matter. The prior review from our guest saying April 2016 for 3 weeks and had no mention of it. The main master has a memory foam mattress - and if a guest feels that's the hardest mattress he/she slept on - that's bit difficult to address. In past 2-3 years since we added the memory foam mattress - not a single guest claimed they had back ache sleeping in our main masters and we do get 10-15 group every year, and many of them are repeat guests.

Lovely home!

We have just returned from a 3 week stay at this lovely home! Plenty of room for our family of 5 and well equipped with everything we needed.

House is well located for parks, shopping etc and is still in a nice friendly neighbourhood.

Would defiantly recommend this property to others!

Great Location, Home from Home, would recommend!

This is our 4th stay at this villa. The location is great for attractions and local amenities. The house is well kept and equipped. The owner is always very helpful. We have stayed in 4 different villa's in Orlando over the years, but our last 4 trips have been back to this one because we like it so much.
