Great building in ideal location for downtown living. A very walkable distance to everything fabulous to do in Victoria. Sights, shopping and restaurants are all within about a 10 minute walk.

The two weeks have been great. Victoria is a beautiful city with lots to explore. The condo is a perfect match for viewing the city day and night. The condo has everything to make one very comfortable.

And of course Dani, thank you for reminding me I'm on vacation.

Views of a lifetime!

We had an amazing trip to Victoria! This home was very comfortable for my husband, my parents, and myself. The views from the interior are spectacular, but stepping out onto the wrap-around balcony and taking in the city, harbor, and mountains is a breathtaking experience. The kitchen had lovely equipment, and we cooked several meals during our 4 night stay. It was so nice to have a bbq on the balcony steps from the kitchen. The staff member that greeted us and helped with checkout was very kind and knowledgeable. The only areas for improvement: we couldn't find a hairdryer even though it was listed on the amenities (it may have been right in front of us and we somehow missed it though) and the pillows were very firm and bulky, which caused some neck stiffness for us sensitive sleepers. When my family returns to Victoria, we will be staying here! Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property!

Great location and view

The apartment is well-located, has amazing views and iperfect for two couples (2 bed/2 bath) for short stays. Longer stays would be more complicated as there is not really any storage in the bedroom (especially the 2nd bedroom) for clothing, suitcases, etc. The kitchen is very well-equipped and cooking some/all meals is no problem.

This apartment is in a downtown urban location - great for walking to so many attractions and restaurants, and guests should be aware that you will hear street noise. Voices on the street late at night, sirens, cars, and construction during the weekdays - don't come expecting a quiet, rural retreat although we are city dwellers so the noise didn't bother us). There is no noise from other apartments in the building.

Unfortunately, we were not able to check in on time; otherwise, we were treated in a professional and very friendly manner.

One other thing - during hot/sunny days, the blinds in the bedrooms are not really adequate - especially if you want to sleep in past 5 am. Black out curtains on top of the blinds would be a very good addition.

Very centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere. Amazing views of the city, the water and the mountains! The concierge was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Juliet if you are traveling to Victoria!

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
