Great building in ideal location for downtown living. A very walkable distance to everything fabulous to do in Victoria. Sights, shopping and restaurants are all within about a 10 minute walk.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent location for exploring Victoria. Very safe lodging.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple five nights. Enjoyed beautiful views, and a great location for exploring Victoria. The property is very secure with gated, covered parking. The condo is clean and modern with fully furnished kitchen. Bedrooms were a little small, but the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Dani was a delight to meet and so helpful with recommendations for us.

Phenomenal view in a lovely vacation rental in downtown Victoria.

This vacation rental proved to be exactly as the photos promised and more. The view was indeed beautiful and there was so much natural light with the floor to ceiling windows. The condo was very spacious and open allowing for a wonderful view from every vantage point. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and was stocked with everything one could want to prepare a full course meal. Lawrence was very helpful when we moved in and Dani was equally pleasant upon our check-out. This is a property we would definitely book again in the future.

Great condo, Million $ Views

Comfortable beds, nice furniture, all the kitchen stuff you'll ever need, well located, and quiet and secure building. You can hear the traffic noise below and the annoying seagulls (only when windows or patio doors are open) but you do get used to it. Nice wrap around patio too. Victoria is a great little city, and this condo is a great place to explore from.

Perfection

This place is great. We will definitely try to book again if we return to Victoria. Dani was wonderful to work with and took great care of us.Even after finding out that we booked one night short of what we needed. The kitchen is stocked with great appliances. Very upscale. Great location to everything. Fantastic views. I would suggest a good cleaning of the carpet and sofas, but other than that, the place was perfect. Without a/c, it's next to impossible to be there during the day, but the evenings are quite comfortable.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
