Please Note: VRBO is now quoting in US dollars as the default currency, email us for a proper bookable quote link. As we are in Canada, our rates are set in Canadian Dollars. In any case, the settlement will occur on your credit card in your currency and the exchange rate given will depend on the policies of your bank.

After booking, you will be introduced to one of the members of our wonderful concierge team, who will answer all of your questions, and working with you to arrange a time to meet and greet you at the property so they can offer a proper building and unit orientation, make sure you know how to use everything and know the best places to go.

We find most of our guests enjoy sharing their experiences while relaxing in the condo after a fun filled day or they often respond to our thank you email and share their experiences then. Designer Decorated 14th floor sub-penthouse suite with spectacular Mountain, Ocean, and sparkling City Views, all from a southwest-facing 450 sq ft wrap-around Balcony. Enjoy the views from the 12 ft floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire unit.

Two large screen HDTVs with DVRs, DVD/CD player, high speed wifi, local phone and an IPOD docking station provide indoor entertainment, or perhaps relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after a long day sounds inviting. The Master Bath has the jacuzzi tub as well as a Stall Shower, and both bathrooms provide Heated Tile floors. The second bath is one step away from the Second Queen Bedroom, making it practically an ensuite. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit separated by the living, dining, and kitchen. Ceiling Fans throughout. In suite high efficiency Washer/Dryer and a secure underground Private Parking space are also included.

The kitchen is a Chef's Delight with all New top of the line Appliances, both large and small.

This concrete and Steel building features a rooftop Zen garden which completes the unique elegance of this complex and allows residents a space to enjoy even more of the city's spectacular ocean, and mountain views. The rooftop also features two commercial grade BBQ's complete with a refrigerator to keep your food or beverages cold while you cook.

Fees:

Notes:

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.

CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.

CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
