Our condo faces the ocean rather than the less private harbor and the views are totally unobstructed – the best views in the building. The direct ocean front views are seen from our living room, both bedrooms and all parts of our over-sized balcony.

Our 2015 remodeled condo includes all the conveniences of home - we have gone the extra mile to make sure we provide you with everything you could require.
Our kitchen includes granite counters, tray ceiling, Travertine tile splash back, and many extras including water dispenser in refrigerator, electric kettle, wine rack, toaster oven, anodized pans and upgraded silverware. The condo is furnished in the Tommy Bahama style with upgraded furnishings. All windows have custom black out drapes.
Both bedrooms have king sized beds, black out drapes and luxury comforters, and with a queen sized sleeper in the living room sectional, the condo can sleep a maximum of 6 people (this includes children).
Your entertainment options include flat-screen TVs and DVDs in both bedrooms and a 42 inch LCD TV and DVD in the living room. Stereo with CD player and iPOD dock is also provided together with free wireless internet access.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled to include granite counters, tiled walk-in showers and the master bathroom includes dual sinks. We also have our own full sized washer and dryer in the condo. Our extra large balcony has 2 seating areas and can be directly accessed from living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom.
East Pass Towers and Yacht Club is the signature property of the Destin Harbor and is a private gated community on the end of the island making it a peaceful retreat while being close to the attractions of Destin – click the aerial view at the bottom of our website for the Google earth view of the location. Our building includes a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub and private beach. (Note pool not always heated year round- see below for details.)
Immediately adjoining our building you can take a walk in the sand to watch the pelicans and herons or take a swim in the ocean. Longer walk/jog trail starts at the front of our building and takes you to the miles of sugar white sand of the main Destin beach.
Take a water taxi or a 3 min drive to the harbor which offers some of the best eateries and bars in Florida. Here you can also watch the largest fishing fleet in Florida sail by or rent Pontoon boats, jet skis, fishing boats or take a dolphin cruise. If you are bringing your own boat you can also rent a boat slip at the East Pass Yacht Club.
We are also just 5 minutes away from Big Kahuna water park which includes go karts, miniature golf, and much more.
Destin is a Golfer’s Paradise, with hundreds of holes for your enjoyment. From the World Class Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort courses that host the PGA Seniors Championship, to local public courses that will challenge your handicap.
Just a short drive down Hwy 98 are some great shopping opportunities including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and The Town Square in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Catherine is the nicest owner I've ever worked with. The condo was the best maintained condo I' be ever rented, plus beautiful.

This was the first time that we stayed at East Pass Towers and we loved this unit! The furnishings are beautiful and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We will definitely be back next summer. Catherine was great to work with as well.

We've stayed in Destin for the last 17 winters and this condo is truly the best condo of all. The amenities are first rate and the view is amazing! Thank you Catherine and Neil! We can't wait to come back in 2018.
We loved the condo, it was beautiful. What a blessing it was to wake up every morning to the spectacular views. Boats going in & out, fishermem, birds, etc. The enviroment was very relaxing too. Great amenities as well. Our family had a great time. Looking forward to coming back 2017.
I booked this condo for spring break with my mom and two daughters. I really enjoyed the condo. It was very well stocked. The pool wasn't warm yet but it was early in the season. We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday rather then going to the bay beach. The condo was very close to everything which made life easy. We took the water taxi only one night. It was fun but pricey. The sunsets and rises were amazing from this condo. We really enjoyed our stay.
No on site fitness center but several local gyms within 10min drive for a daily fee.
