Central location good for a family

The apartment was roomy enough for our family of five and the location was close to many shops (patisserie, fromagerie, supermarkets) and restaurants (from cafes to Michelin rated). Also close to many major attractions (Louvre, L'orangerie, Pompidou) and at least 3 metro lines. When we arrived, the internet was not working. The owner (Olivier) was very responsive and eventually came to the house to fix the problem. The apartment has good security. The biggest downside to the apartments location is the noise. The apartment overlooks Rue Montorgueil which is busy most of the day and night. Closing the windows helped a bit with the sound but then the apartment was warm. The furniture and beds are adequate but the living room furniture was not very comfortable. The newly renovated bathroom was nice. Overall, the apartment was as advertised and met our needs as a family well. We appreciated how responsive and helpful Olivier was both leading up to our arrival and during our early stay.

A Great Location with Plenty of Room

We stayed for 4 nights in this great apartment. It was good for kids as it has a room with a bunk bed and a separate mattress for the 3 children and 1 infant (crib included) we had with us. It was also good for couples with kids traveling together.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also very secure. The building has an outer street door with a code and a courtyard door with another entry code. The location was awesome and the best part. You were in the middle of a TON of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment sits on top of a very lively and tasty cafe/bar ... but you can't hear any of it with the windows closed ... only the occasional smell of smoke. The subway is less than 5 minutes walk away and gets you wherever you want to go.

When we come back to Paris, this is the street and location we'll be staying at. Great spot, great building, great apartment, great food!

Great location. Quintessential Paris street

We had 5 of us staying at this flat and have to say that the location couldn't have been better!! Walk to most of the Paris sights and the street it is on is just amazing. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, butcher, fruit and vegetables. It was all just minutes away!! The flat itself is on the first floor right over a restaurant. You can hear the hum of people below but once you close the shutters the sound is negligible. The flat itself was a great size. We have a 11 and 13 year old and no one was going to sleep in the bunk bed as it was a bit small however we just put the top mattress on the floor and all was good. Kitchen is well stocked and has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

Amazing location - great for children

We had an incredible stay at this flat. The location literally can not be beat...totally centrally located - can walk to many sites or just hop on the metro. Perfect spot for families traveling with children - so convenient and lots of toys to keep them busy. Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient as well, which is always a huge plus!

Very nice & spacious appt in a great area in Paris

Our group of 6 adults (2 couples & 2 individuals) was looking for a nice, large appt in a lively neighborhood in Paris. This appt offered just that. Very nice & secured building, close to a variety of great little shops, restaurants, cafes...etc. The appt was very clean & well maintained. The fact that it had 2 toilets was very nice (one in a room off the hallway all by itself with a sink, the other in one of the bathrooms with a shower & a sink).

The only downside is that the bunk beds may not be long enough if you have tall people in your group.

The owners were very friendly & always quick to respond to our questions.

We had a great stay there & highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

Perfect Apartment and Location!

We loved our visit to Paris and this apartment was perfect! The apartment is very spacious, very clean and located right next to Rue Montorgueil, which is a wonderful pedestrian street. There are bakeries, cheese shops, meats, produce stands, chocolates and a large variety of restaurants and cafe's! The apartment is also conveniently located to several Metro stations and a ton of shopping. Olivier and Margie were a pleasure to work with and would definitely book this apartment again for myself and my family!
