Richard (Dick) & Kim Hauch live in Sacramento and enjoy the place in Newport as a 2nd Winter Home. We love our beach neighbors and look forward to frequent visits. Nothing compares! Dick is a Physician & Kim is a Realtor.

This location is our choice for a 2nd home and we enjoy it all year long especially in the cold winter months up in Northern California.

What makes this house unique

Our location is centrally located to take advantage of many of the Southern California amenities. Disneyland & The Anaheim Angels Professional Base Ball Stadium is just 30 Minutes away. The Orange County Airport is less than 15 minutes/ LA International Airport is 35 Min. The weather is great and the miles of white sand beaches are not crowded. It's a pedestrian & Bike friendly place with miles of Boardwalk paths available. Kid Friendly with many play facilities close by. Our house is perfect for a family or a couple wanting to escape!
