Why Owner chose Mouth Of Pedernales
We are a quiet and peaceful space (not a party place) with deer and lots of other wildlife to view and share space with. We officially have a 'no pets' policy but are indeed dog lovers so if you have a furry friend that can keep a peaceful space, please ask for pre-approval to bring them along. Must be pre-approved. Extra fee applies to 'additional guests' so please inquire about that if desired.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
A diamond in the rough
This place is amazing. Todd is awesome. He gave great advice on things to do.
The property is exquisite; the accommodations very comfortable; Todd is immediately available for any questions. Looking forward to our next visit.
Secluded Solo Vacation
I chose this property to get away from the ebbs and flows of busy city life. The environment was peaceful, relaxing, and overall rejuvenating. Exploring the property, there were multiple places to sit and unwind. Whether you wanted to be by the river, curl up with a good book next to their waterfall, or feel enveloped by the bustling leaves of the gorgeous trees, this place was an absolute dream to reset the mind and body. I highly suggest this place if you want to get away from it all.
The owner also has a gorgeous Golden Retriever which makes the place all the more worth checking out!
It’s made the weekend perfect!!!
This place is amazing and Todd goes above and beyond to make it more comfortable.
Already making plans for another trip soon since we started missing it the moment we left.
The property was very private and peaceful.
We had a girl's weekend at Living Waters which was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely return!
