Unit A-412: An airy, open floor plan and a location just steps to Kamaole Beach Park III combine to make this a popular Kihei vacation property. The spacious residence measures over 1100 square feet , with 2 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and a private lanai (patio). Your deluxe condominium offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home. We are the owners and we give the commission discount directly to our guests. Many guests, from all over the world, have enjoyed staying at our condominium year after year.
The condo has two master bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, a new fully equipped kitchen (with granite countertops), a clothes washer and dryer inside, and air conditioning in each room. The sleeping arrangements consist of :

Bedroom #1 has one king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and large bathtub.
Bedroom #2 has two twin (single) beds and a private bathroom with shower. These twin beds can be pushed together to make a king and there are extra king sheets.
The living room has one queen sofa bed.
This condominium is a south-facing, end-unit which gives our guests both extra windows and extra sunlight. With the vaulted ceiling and open floor plan, this residence has lots of light and an oversized feel. A-412 is located on the 'quieter' back side of the of the first building in the complex... this minimizes the street noise as well as offering a bit of privacy. A-412 also has a distant view of the Pacific Ocean.
Haleakala Shores has a private swimming pool which sparkles in the garden setting. Your condo is quiet and peaceful; it does not receive street noise or noise from the pool.
Haleakala Shores is an attractive property located across the street from one of Maui's best beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III. The '3 Kamaoles', Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, are 3 wonderful beaches (Kihei's largest) for all kinds of water activities. They have excellent swimming, snorkeling, diving, and sunbathing only 100 yards from your doorstep.

I include tax/cleaning in all prices for stays of 5 nights or longer. And VRBO adds a "service fee" directly to the guest. I cannot precalculate this fee in my per night rates and I never see this fee; it goes directly to VRBO.

I reside in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California and visit my condominium in Maui every 6 months. I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, and the great snorkeling of South Maui.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2003
Why Owner chose Kihei
I wanted to own a place where I could walk to a great beach in flip-flops. I didn't want to have to drive anywhere. I also wanted to be in South Kihei where the beaches are large and the water is clear and beautiful. There is good snorkeling right at our beach, Kamaole Beach Park 3, and only a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park 2. In addition, one can walk to restaurants, shopping, and even a convenience store. The area is teaming with life and locals enjoy our park on weekends.
What makes this Condo unique
I loved this condominium because it has a two story ceiling and it is an end unit, so it is extra sunny with nice cross breezes. It is also very large for a Maui condominium; you'll love that. It is one of the best locations; it is in the back corner facing away from both streets which makes it very quiet!

Great value for the price and convenient location
The property was clean, easy to find and just as we expected. We liked the location being close to downtown Kihei. The owner did an excellent job of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I only give four stars because the furniture was a bit old and needs to be updated. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. But otherwise a great find for the price.

The perfect place to stay in Maui!
We loved our stay in Kihei. The condo is perfectly located and there are several state beaches literally across the street. Bill has lots of beach towels, mats, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment and umbrellas for use. The condo is roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated and we liked that there are two bedrooms with king size beds (the guest room can be either two twins or a king) and each has its own bathroom. The pool area is beautiful and is directly below the condo and there are six gas grills and lots of tables to use for dining. The lanai area was really nice with a round table and four chairs. The kitchen has everything you could want and we did make a number of meals there. Bill also keeps of folder full of his top recommendations of things to do, which was really helpful. What we liked most about this condo is the location. It was nice being just steps away from the beaches, and the Kihei area is really nice with many restaurants, stores, and markets and close to other areas like Wailea (great water sports area...kayaking, canoeing, snorkeling, etc.), big beach/little beach. It is easy to get to other areas of the island like the West side, Upcountry, North, and Haleakala. Kihei is the best place to stay in Maui and we would definitely return to this condo.
It was everything we needed
The first night was a business trip, and we all had our own beds. My family came the next day and my teenage daughters loved that they had their own beds and own room/bathroom. It was hotter than usual as we tried to leave the windows and fans on, but there was no breeze over the weekend and we were toasting in the room. We caved and turned on the aircon at night, without it we would not have been able to sleep. It was nice to have beach chairs, though they were a little worn, it still worked. The location was perfect as the beach was across the street, the market was 5 minutes away and there was much eating options. Check in and Check out was easy and no hassle. The parking space is a little hard to get into, but it was right next to the stairs. Excellent stay.
Great place to stay!
William's place was the perfect to stay for our trip to Maui. His place was walking distance to the beach which was a plus! Both rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the 3 of us. His place provided us with many daily essentials and more! Will definitely book this place again. :)

All prices include all taxes and cleaning. Less than 5 nights, add $125 for cleaning. I have a 1 week minimum if your stay includes a major USA holiday in the same week of your stay. Ask first as I do make exceptions. All prices are for 4 adults. Add $10 per person per night for each extra adult(18 and over). Children are free. Checks and PayPal accepted too. American Express via PayPal only. Ask for discounts on stays longer than 2 weeks. WARNING!!!!: VRBO has started adding a 5-10% "service fee" directly to the guest if you book using their online payment option. I cannot control this fee and I never see it; it goes directly to VRBO.
