Went with some friends and had 8 people here. we all had a great time house is well kept pool was great for the kids large kitchen that has everything you need. Excellent location in kona would stay again.

Wonderful home with great location and fit for our family!

The home itself showed even better than the pictures! Updated, clean and perfect size for our family of 5. Outdoor lanai was a real treat along with the well maintained inground pool which we took advantage of! Very quiet, peaceful setting with amazing view of the ocean in Kona, yet close to grocery, gas etc. Pool, snorkeling, and beach accessories were of excellent condition and Bhavesh was very clear and timely with location, directions etc. and easy to work with. We absolutely loved our stay at Malulani Gardens- thank you Bhavesh!

Stay here if you come to Kona Coast. Great location, excellent condition, pool and many amenities

This is our second stay at this house and loved it just as much as before. The location is very convenient. The house is in excellent condition and has everything you need. The porches provide places to relax, eat, or watch sunsets. The pool is great and the beach items (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, toys) are all available. The owner is very responsive. We intend to return.

A house that embraces outdoor living in a quiet neighborhood.

House is near the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Kona's seaside. PLENTY of snorkel gear, plus a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, and some kid toys for the beach. Owner was responsive when we had questions, and did what he could to assure we enjoyed our stay.

Cool, mostly quiet house with great amenities in safe neighborhood

What we liked: Good AC in all rooms, spacious, good view. Full size garage with all sorts of beach amenities - LOTS of towels, boogie boards, fins, snorkels, masks, beach chairs, and even coolers. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher with soap provided. Extra bathroom towels and a variety of blankets. Location is great if you're driving places like the harbor or downtown; the gated community is just up the hill from the main highway so it was easy to get to where we were going with minimal traffic (vs. places farther south and closer to the shore). Pushbutton lock, so no keys to lose (and makes checkout easy).

The neighborhood was very quiet, with one caveat: The landscaper shows up without warning and roves around the yard doing noisy work for a couple of hours at a time. Don't get me wrong - the yard is beautiful - and I know landscaping schedules can be weather dependent - but it's frustrating if that's the one afternoon you were planning on relaxing outside away from people.

Owner's Response: My landscaper attends once every two weeks, my pool contractor attends once a week, trash is collected once a week and pest control is done once a month. My landscaper and pool contractor do not go into the house, but let themselves into the back yard by the pool gate, usually during the afternoons. My rental agreement does state some of this. We try to get this work done when the property is not booked, however, it is difficult because the property is booked very often, due to contractor scheduling difficulties and the weather. Most of my guests absolutely love meeting my landscaper, he is kind and gentle, and shares information about the Island with guests that only locals know. My current landscaper has looked after my property for around ten years.

Very clean, gorgeous views

The house and property was beautiful and very clean. Owner was very helpful and readily available when we had an issue with the wifi. The pool temperature was perfectly cold for the very hot days, the kids spent most of our trip in it. Perfect view of the sunset from the front porch. I can't wait to plan our next trip.
