The house is completely new, with new mattresses and bed linen and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double rooms and one with 2 single beds. It has a large terrace, garden and sheltered place to sunbathe with 6 loungers.

For cozy barbecues there is a stone grill, table with 6 garden chairs. The rooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning and on the ground floor with ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms with toilet, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine etc. Living room with 3D HD TV, UKTV, Blu-Ray / DVD player, free WiFi internet. 150 m from the house there is a non-heated community pool with a separate children's pool. The opening times are from 10:00 to 20:00 in summer and from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter. Please be informed that the pool area can be closed for an indefinite period due to repair-related reasons.

With the 'LG' HD 3D TV you have over 500 German, English, French and many other programs on the Satellite Astra 19.2. A total of over 80 German and German-speaking channels, such as ARD, ZDF, Sat. 1, Pro 7, RTL, Kabel 1, n-tv, 3 Sat, VOX, Phoenix, WDR etc. ARD, ZDF and some other channels have the HD quality.

The house is equipped to a high level, so you are guaranteed to feel at home (but with the sun). There is a cot and high chair if you are traveling with small children. All rooms, including the living room, have a ceiling fan and the upper rooms have air conditioning. The windows and the patio are all provided with fly nets. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The facility has a large patio area with sun loungers. There are six garden chairs with a table and a large stone oven grill so that you can enjoy the sunsets with a view of the two golf courses and the sea. The garden is well maintained and is regularly maintained. The balcony with sea view is equipped with two garden armchairs and a table. The view over the sea and the golf course is beautiful and makes you happy even more at breakfast in the patio.
