Pantasina, a typical Ligurian mountain village, lies about 400 m above sea level at the upper edge of the Valprinotale, famous for its olive oil, in the hinterland of Imperia. This land is spoiled by a year-long mild climate. So mild winters and so many sun rays can be found in Italy only south of Naples.
Nestled in olive groves and vineyards, Casa Alvise offers a wonderful panoramic view over one of the most beautiful because unspoilt valleys of the area to far down to the azurblauen sea.
Those who have enjoyed the summer heat and the hustle and bustle of the sea during the day are looking forward to the freshness and tranquility that Pantasina has to offer in the evening.
The house is located at the bottom of the village and thus a bit off the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, the village shop and the parking lots are only a few steps away. Shopping at Rinangela and Nello, enjoying a café or having a Panini is always a charming experience. Here you can find besides the things for the daily life, products from the environment such as wine, olive oil and fresh bread, also hiking maps and international magazines (Süddeutsche Zeitung).
