Our home is less than 1 mile from Craigville Beach, with its wide stretch of sand, lovely warm waters and many activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are available and can be transported in the provided beach buggy.

Our 2017 remodel included new flooring throughout the first floor, and white nantucket beadboard kitchen cabinets and quartz counters. A deep stainless sink, dishwasher and microwave are provided. A large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and living room are on the first floor. Additional bar seating is available at the kitchen counter. A new sliding glass door provides access to a large deck off the kitchen with a private backyard and woods. Outdoor dining table, chairs and bench seating provide a great entertaining area with a gas barbecue grill. Our home has 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs (queen bed and twin beds) and 1.5 baths with air conditioning on both floors. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan providing a bright, open feeling. For your convenience we provide a washer and dryer (in the basement), hair dryers, iron and ironing board.

We provide the Comcast preferred triple play service with free long distance calling (including mexico and canada), many tv channels including NESN (for the red sox fans) and wireless connectivity. Multiple TVs provide veiwing for the entire family.

Downtown Hyannis is within 15 minutes. The ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, harbor cruises, parasailing and everything you need to entertain the entire family are there. Main Street has many shops and restaurants. And no trip to the Cape is complete without sampling the ice cream at Four Seas in Centerville (a few miles from our home).

Cozy, relaxing & peaceful house on the Cape

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Donna's house this summer. Check in and check out was seamless. Donna was quick to reply to inquires and made the process of booking really easy and enjoyable.

The house has everything you could ask for - a beautiful kitchen, fully supplied with pots, pans and utensils. The porch outside has great shade and seating for a grill session after the beach. Really nice grill! We brought corn-hole boards and set up in the back yard for some back yard fun. The neighbors were very friendly.

We sadly got a rainy week on the cape - but the house made up for it. We had two nice beach days - and then spent the rest of the week relaxing and cooking. The TV in the living room is very nice, and the furniture is perfect for a marathon of your favorite show on Netflix. (We brought a Play station and hooked up Netflix very easily). Great wifi connection.

Hyannis has lots of activities for rainy days - so we made the best of the week with a movie day, bowling, arcade, sunset cruise with Bay Spirits, massages at a local spa...

Not much to complain about - except of course that we couldn't move in and stay forever.

The cherry on top of all of this is that a friend who came down to the beach with us one day thought he lost his wallet in the ocean... Turns out he left it in a beach chair pocket that we packed up and left in the basement of the home. Donna was kind enough to contact us and mail back his wallet after almost a month had passed.

She's an honest woman and runs a great business.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your peace of paradise. We hope to return next year!

Quiet and charming

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at the house went flawlessly. First, it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, so our evenings were very peaceful for our family of three. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated, and we cooked several nights, eating dinner on the nice sized porch.

The house was fairly close to Craigville Beach, which has a large parking lot, and we went several times.

Donna, the owner is very responsive to all of our questions, and we can't thank her enough for the hospitality.

It's a short driving distance to downtown Hyannis, as well as the Cape Cod Melody tent. It was even closer to the supermarket and an excellent store for fresh seafood. Overall, we would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it for small families.

Terrific hosts made for a wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

From the onset the owner was a delight to communicate with.

The home was neat and well located for beaches, restaurants etc. Day trip to Martha's Vineyard was accessible and easy.

Owner is very responsive if you need anything, and we would highly recommend this home for a Cape

Cod vacation.

Cozy nook located close to the beach!

  • 5 of 5

Located on a quite cul-de-sac. This place has all the amenities of home, plus easy access to the beach. With easy travel to Hyannis and other points on the cape! Great place to get away from it all! Highly recommend this place! Clean nice and excellent value too! Thank you Donna for everything!

This One Was Just Right!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at this adorable, tidy Cape home. Conveniently located for all our adventures for the week: Day Trip to Nantucket, paddle board lessons in Osterville, visit family in Harwich and just enjoying all the local beaches (Nauset, Craigville, Sandy Neck, Hyannis). The dog had a spectacular time as well. We would walk to the beach just before nightfall and enjoy the moonlight along the way. It was a bit hot early in the week, so the A/C was greatly appreciated. We brought a few meals along with us so the well-stocked kitchen was handy. Our last night we had lobsters from the local fish store. Quite delicious! Perfect four our family of four (and one furry creature).

Very cozy with everything you need

  • 5 of 5

I would highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. As other reviews mention, it comes equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the shady deck to chill out after a hot day on the beach. We rode bikes to the beach and did get a week pass for the car as we went to the beach 4 times. Visited Hyannis at night for dinner and drinks. House has a/c in brs and kitchen, which was plenty. The only issue we had was the grill hood fell off but was still usable and the screen fell off but not a big problem and owner said they are being replaced. Nice cart and chairs for the beach in the basement was nice. Nice big flat screen in livingroom with cable and also in BRs. We went to upper Cape to Coast Guard Beach for the surf, which was a nice day trip. You can't go wrong if you want to be near nice calm beaches and Hyannis area for the restaurants/bars and some history.
