Head down to the dock to untie the family boat for an afternoon of watersport adventures, then return to share a few glasses of wine with good friends out on the patio.
When you're not enjoying the water, hang out in the home's spacious living room to stream movies or shows on the large TV while the central air-conditioning keeps everything nice and cool. The well-equipped, full kitchen has stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space to take advantage of when you cook homemade meals. Serve guests at the dining table or bring it to the patio for an alfresco experience. You'll love spreading your beach towels over the patio to get in a bit of sun while the kids splash around in the pool - and an enclosed yard is a great place for the family to frolic while you use the private gas grill to host a family barbecue! The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's laundry, so you can pack light for your trip.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
