This Gulf front, ground level,2 bedroom condo with a new kitchen and bath, is located on Manasota Key,where you can go back in time to a quaint and uncrowded Florida. No high-rises here! Manasota Key is an 8 mile long unspoiled sandy beach (presently very little beach but Mother Nature will eventually bring it back to us!) on Florida's South Gulf coast.The area's natural beauty has been safeguarded, providing a natural haven for a stunning array of animals unique to this area, from dolphin, manatee, osprey, pelican and eagle to shrimp, snook and redfish.Stroll the beach searching for shells and fossilized shark teeth. It's truly addicting! Fishermen can enjoy surf fishing from the beach or boating from Lemon Bay.The complex offers a large heated pool,beautifully landscaped grounds,covered parking,boat slips and a private, uncrowded beach!Many condos advertise 'partial gulf view' which means,you might be able to see the gulf from the front door'. Not this one.This unit is Direct gulf front with immediate access from your private lanai.

About The Owner

My wife Michelle and I have owned our "Lil Piece a Paradise" since 2005. We completely gutted and remodeled the kitchen and master bath a few years back and continue to add upgrades and amenities.

What makes this condo unique

All of our appliances and amenities are new/nearly new to include: Central A/C, hot water heater (2015), washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, couch/love seat (2016), microwave (2017).

I visit Manasota Key frequently because I have family in the area but like to have my own space. In my grandson's words "this is the nicest vacation rental you have ever stayed in". The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had. The view from the patio was wonderful including the Manasota Key sunsets. The unit was so clean when I arrived. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, even extras like spices, coffee, salt and pepper, vegetable oil, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. much more than you normally get in a vacation rental. Access to the beach is a short walk to the steps at the end of the complex, yes there is beach area here, safe place for the toddlers to play in the water and in the sand.. Wonderful for swimming and for those who fish from the bank. There is several steps up to the condo from your covered parking spot. The pool is just a short walk across N. Beach Road on the Bay side of the complex. I had a wonderful stay and I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back. Thank you Thom for sharing your wonderful home with me.
