Why Owner chose Covent Garden
For personal and professional reasons we spend a few weeks per year in London. Just in between major metro stops of Picadilly and Oxford Circus, it also takes us 10 min to go to St Pancras train station where we hop on the eurostar train to Paris.
What makes this Condo unique
We love being in this flat, high up in the sky, bathing in light, having no noise while being in the center of dynamic London. We arranged the flat with all kinds of luxuries for our own comfort and yours. Also we have best food stores of London and trendy nightlife around the corner.

My wife and I really enjoyed our long weekend stay. Views from the 15th floor penthouse were really awesome day and night. We walked all over London each day and really looked forward to returning to the flat at the end of the day, not only for the incredible night views but also the very comfy bed and soothing shower. We didn't experience any problems during our stay and checkout was easy. We highly recommend this property!
We spent three nights here before going on a cruise out of Southampton. This was my husband's first visit to London, and we wanted a place in central, walkable location, with a king bed, and with an elevator because we had enormous cruise luggage with us. We were delighted with our choice. It's a block from Carnaby Street in Soho, which means you can walk everywhere--Piccadilly Circus is about a 15-minute walk away. We never took the tube--we could get everywhere we wanted on foot.
The views are phenomenal, east toward the City of London financial district. You can see the London Eye to the right. On the day we arrived, we were jetlagged and it was raining, so we simply relaxed in the unit and, with that view, felt it was time well spent.
We ate all our meals out. Patisserie Valerie and Nespresso Cafe are both half a block away for breakfast, and there are wonderful pubs and restaurants of all kinds within a few blocks (just make a reservation--they are all packed, even on weeknights). Of course the theater district is right around the corner, so to speak.
The unit is really just two rooms plus bath: a living room with a kitchen alcove and a bedroom. If you don't want to eat at the breakfast bar, there is a square table set up as a work station that could be used as a dining table--there are a couple of extra chairs scattered around for seating. The furnishings are simple--a lot of vinyl and plastic--but they make good use of the space--anything more and you might feel cramped. The TV is in the bedroom, as are some books.
Nick, the manager, met us when we arrived to give us our keys and show the unit to us. He left his contact info but we had no need to contact him.
The only quibble we had--and it is a minor quibble--is that there are very few available electrical outlets--in fact, the only one we found was a powerstrip by the work station with only one outlet unused. This made it hard to keep our phones and tablets charged, but we kept swapping them out and managed.
Altogether this is about the price you'd pay for a small mid-range hotel room in London and this is MUCH more comfortable. We recommend this unit and would consider staying here again on our next visit.
Top notch place in a great area
Wouldn't have changed anything about this vacation or stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The bed was simply amazing and more than comfortable after a long day of travel visiting the sites.
I am glad you had a good stay in our penthouse.
Thank you for your nice review and hope to be able to host you again in the future. Kind regards, Paul
The Best location in London
What a pleasure to be in central Soho amongst pubs, restaurants, a few streets to Theatreland and Carnaby Street. The apt., while small fit our needs. The view from the 15 th floor was breathtaking and included the London Eye and Shard. The weather was perfect even into Oct. Did wish we had more than 2 barstools and a glass shelf for dining. We did miss not having CNN and a few movie channels. Did wish we had an oven to reheat and cook food occasionally.Wish we had international landline also. All in all we really enjoyed walking to Berwick Market and Social Eating House. Noise from pubs was muffled by using fans overnight. A great rental all in all
The apt. was designed well and small couch and chairs were high end. Unfortunately the building seemed less loved. Elevators took turns not working; the inside of the lobby was non-existent and hot water issues came up . Our owner, Paul, was very attentive to our few complaints
Excellent SOHO location, great views, top quality mattress
We found Paul's apartment ideal for our 4 nights in London. It is clean, well maintained, and close to multiple restaurants, bars, & grocery stores. Kitchen has French press coffee maker, microwave, & good toaster, dishwasher, plenty of utensils. Bathroom modern, with good step in shower (6 inch lip might be awkward for anyone with limited mobility). Dyson fan moves air well. Two elevators provide ready access to 15 th (top) floor location. Wi- if works well. Only deficiency is lack of power outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. Lack of air conditioning could be issue if it were really hot in London, but otherwise perfect spot.
Hi Ed, Thanks for your nice review. Good to read our guests enjoy quality of materials and amenities since we buy the best of the market. After all we enjoy it as well when we stay in our own apartment.
Indeed I finally decided to fixing a special hairdryer socket near bathroom mirror. There is a health and safety regulation in the UK prohibiting normal sockets in bathrooms.
WONDERFUL AREA, MAGICAL VIEW
Our stay in this clean and upscale penthouse flat was all we hoped for. The flat, located in a great area of Soho, & was walking distance to almost everything. The area was vibrant and full of great shops, restaurants and nightlife. Midway between Piccadilly and Oxford street, it was a joy to explore and live in this exciting area.
The flat itself had all the amenities you would need. The spectacular view of the city was ever changing from morning to the sparkeling evening lights. The kitchen was well outfitted with all the necessities. We felt safe and secure at all times in the 15 floor penthouse flat. Wonderful to have a comfortable kingsized bed to sleep in after a busy day. Thank you Paul for being a perfect host and attending to all our needs.
Wow Carol, you took the words-out-of-my-mouth. So glad you and Mike enjoyed your stay at our apartment. And for all the same reasons I enjoy our place. Hope we may host you again in the future. Regards, Paul
