BEACH TOWELS: Unit inventory includes all linens and towels, hair dryer, iron and board, safe, starter coffee, paper products, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cleansing products. If you forget something, the on site convenience store may have it as well as nearby suppliers.
LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers are available on each floor. Tokens for machines are $3.00 - available at front desk.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: Our goal is to maintain a pristine vacation property. An inspection is conducted at depart clean. The following items are checked carefully and affect the Security Deposit refund amount:

Damage beyond normal wear and tear to this unit 204 interior but not limited to: walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, electronics, air conditioners, counters, cabinets, doors, windows, screens, decor accessories, drapery, mirrors, lamps, wall hangings, prints or art, linens, towels, blankets, bed spreads, mattresses, mattress pads, blankets, comforters, and pillows.
2. Complete Inventory.
3. Items left in unit that you wish returned. Costs include a $10.00 service fee plus the mailing costs. Receipt will be provided.
4. *Excessive Laundry: Six (6) loads are included in clean fee.
5. *Excessive time needed to perform depart clean: Four hours maximum time is covered by clean fee.
6. Stains and grim that require *special treatment and *time to treat: applies to all linens,
towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, mattress and mattress pads/covers, accent pillows, bedspreads, duvets, comforters, blankets, rugs/carpet, drapery, walls, cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
7. Dry Cleaning expense incurred when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service that will first diligently work to do so.
8. Any outside professional clean and/or repair services necessary to resolve *soiling or *damages to any items mentioned in paragraph (1) above, but not restricted to; which cannot be performed by “Maui Cleaning Services.”
