SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: We wish to maintain a pristine vacation property. An inspection is conducted at depart clean. The following items are checked carefully and affect the Security Deposit refund.

Damage beyond normal wear and tear to unit 204 interior but not limited to: walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, drapery, electronics, air conditioners, counters, cabinets, doors, windows, screens, decor accessories, mirrors, lamps, wall hangings, prints and art, linens, towels, blankets, bed spreads, mattresses, mattress pads, blankets, comforters, and pillows.
2. Complete Inventory.
3. Items left in unit that you wish returned. Cost includes a $10.00 service fee plus the mailing costs. Receipt will be provided.
4. *Excessive Laundry:" Six (6) loads are included in depart clean and mid clean fee.
5. *Excessive time needed to perform depart clean: Four hours maximum time is covered by clean fee and max 2 hours for mid clean.
6. Stains and grim that require *special treatment and *time to treat: applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, mattress and mattress pads/covers, accent pillows, bedspreads, duvets, comforters, blankets, rugs/carpet, flooring, drapery, walls, cabinets, counter tops, and appliances.
7. Time and Cost for repair of walls, floors, counter tops, appliances, drapery, windows, screens, electronics, furnishings and accessories that have been damaged, scratched, dented, or broken.
8. Dry Cleaning expense incurred when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service that will first diligently work to do so.
