The convenience of this location is perfect to begin your island exploration, long beach walks and ocean fun directly in front of you. Exceptional views extend the length of the beach and out to islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe. This unit's location has the advantage of quick access to beach, pool, on-site services and alternate staircase route.

This unit offers: Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, two flat screen TVs, cable, Wi Fi, two king beds - with second bedroom option for two singles, two full bathrooms, generously equipped kitchen, kitchen island, and long lanai. The kitchen seats four around the island, and the lanai has two bar height tables and 4 bar height chairs that create relaxing moments enjoying meals with a view. The Mana Kai offers free parking and a laundry facility on this floor across from elevators. On-site amenities listed below. Please NOTE:
You have the option to reserve the unit without the second bedroom if you do not need the space and would like to economize.

The ocean and short path to the sands are immediately in view upon entering the lobby of the Mana Kai complex. Keawakapu Beach is known as one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Maui due to calmer waves and variety of sea life.
You have many choices for activities: such as kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, lounging, walking miles along the beach, biking, scuba, snorkeling excursions, sunset and whale watching tours. The activities desk will assist with booking events, tours, golf, tennis, zip lining, luaus and more.
BEACH TOWELS: Our inventory includes all linens and towels- please return to unit -not front desk. .
LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers are located across from the elevators. Tokens for machines are $3.00 - available at front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Applies to both Value and Peak Seasons.
Notification of cancellation is required 60 days prior to arrival. On-time notification will result in a full refund, minus an administration fee of ten per cent of total rents paid plus 13.42% tax.
When cancellation occurs 31 to 59 days prior to arrival, refund will consist of 50% of rents and applicable tax, clean fees, and security deposit.
If cancellation occurs 30 days or less of arrival date, there will be no refund. There is exception if some or all of the dates you have cancelled are re-booked. A prorated refund will then be made including clean fee, security deposit, minus 10% of total rents plus tax.
Guests who depart during their stay will not receive a refund.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: In order to maintain this condo in pristine condition, an inspection is conducted at depart clean.
The following items will be checked carefully:
1. Damage obviously beyond normal wear and tear to this condominium unit such as, but not restricted to:walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, counters, cabinetry, doors, windows, screens, décor accessories, drapery, mirrors, wall art, linens, towels, blankets, and pillows.
2. Complete Inventory.
3. Additional items that may affect the Security Deposit Refund are:
a. Items left behind will be mailed the costs will be deducted - includes a service fee and mailing costs. Receipt provided.
b. *Excessive Laundry – more than 6 loads is beyond scope of the clean fee. (one load means 1 wash and 1 dry).
c. *Excessive Time needed to perform depart clean: 4 hours is allotted per depart clean fee.
d. Stains: Stains that require *special treatment and *time to treat. This applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, accent pillows, bedspreads, blankets, rugs/carpet and drapery.
e. Dry Cleaning Expense when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service.
f. Any outside professional clean and/or repair services deemed necessary to resolve *damages, *excessive soiling of flooring, carpet, furnishings, and drapery; which cannot be performed by Maui Cleaning Services.
*Note: The terms indicated by the asterisk* mean “beyond normal wear and tear.” In reference to cleaning, these terms mean more than time covered by the clean fees. These terms do not refer to the interval deep cleans and regular maintenance, or professional services that are part of the regular care of this vacation property.
