Welcome to our Guests! (from two nights to one month).
This cozy 25m2 studio-apartment can accommodate from two to four people, on a business or holiday trip to PARIS. Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift.
Conveniently located, close to 'Le Palais Royal', 'the Louvre Museum', and 'the Opera', it stands in the very heart of the Paris of Culture (museums, theatres, cinemas), of the Paris of Fashion (shops, boutiques, major department-stores), and the Paris of Business, a few minutes' walk to the gardens of Palais-Royal and Tuileries.
An XVIIIth century building, with exposed beams.
Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
The apartment is fully equipped for the comfort of our guests.
A quiet street, 200 metres from tube-stations (Palais-Royal, Louvre Museum, and Pyramides).
I live in this neighborhood in the heart of Paris since 1992, and since then I always wanted to stay, despite the constraints of my job. Every morning when I walk along the 'Comédie Française' and its fountains, the 'Palais Royal' and its garden, I see the Louvre at the end of the street, I still have the eyes of a visitor who discovers this beautiful city for the first time.
Laurent purchased this studio in 2008
There's a bakery Rue Molière, less than 40 meters from the apartement, and another one, 100 meters from there, Rue de Richelieu. They are both opened 6 days a week from 7am.
There's a supermaket (called 'Monoprix') with all the food you need avenue de l'Opéra, next to Pyramide Metro Station, 200 meters from the apartement. It is opened until 10pm.
You can find a lot of restaurants Place du Marché Saint-Honoré (french restaurants), Rue des Petits Champs, Rue de Richelieu (a very good wine bar and restaurant), Rue Sainte-Anne .(japanese restaurant).. all these places are in the neighborhood.
If you like beef, I know a very good butcher, 'Rue du Marché Saint Honoré'.
Several times a week, there's a typical french open market, with a lot of fresh food, 15 minutes walk from there.
I also personnaly like 'Rue Montorgueil' which looks like a village ... in the center of Paris.
A beautiful studio apartment in a wonderful location at a great rate from wonderful owners. If that’s not enough.... Your one block from the metro, across the street is bakery, a quite street yet close to everything. The WC - bath area is roomy and immaculate. The kitchenette is beautifully appointed with all you will need. The most wonderful wash machine will deliver you clothes ready for a night out at the many close by restaurants or for a day at the Louvre about 3 blocks away, or shopping on Rue Saint Honore about 2 blocks away. Shop at the near by market and vin shop, fill the refrigerator and never go out if that’s what you desire. The internet, TV and wonderfully comfortable furniture will make this a second home for you.
Warm and cosy. Everything we needed
My wife and I stayed here for the whole month of October and at the end of each day when we got back from our daily sojourns we would say there's no place like home because Laurent's apartment made us feel like that! For starters Laurent greeted us, gave us needed info about the apartment, the neighborhood, and, when we asked about markets, he texted us later with a list of markets and locations. Then he did not bother us at all until it was time to leave and he came to the apartment, reserved a taxi for us to go to Charles de Gaulle and then saw us off. His speaking and understanding of English is perfect. As for the apartment it had all we needed and housekeeping was done once a week and was appreciated. Not only was the apartment a two minute walk to the Louvre there were also a bakery, pastry shop, laundromat, pharmacy, fanprix, monoprix, atm, metro, bus, taxi stand, and anything else you could think of, within a two block radius. I can not think of anything negative, as minor as it could be, to say about this apartment or Laurent! Thanx for a most enjoyable month is Paris!!
We stayed here for 9 days and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, very comfortable and well maintained. We used the subways a lot and there were two stations less than 5 minutes walk away. This is in a prime location and handy to restaurants, the Louvre, the Seine River, and much more. There is a bakery just 1 minute away for those delicious croissants and baguettes for morning breakfasts. We did make some of our own meals in the well equipped kitchenette/dining table. Laurent was most pleasant and helpful with minor issues, everything was complete. Surely a place we'd return to on a next visit to Paris.
The apartment was exactly as described. It was fully equipped for our stay. We were welcomed upon arrival. So close to attractions, transportation, banking, and post. We will definitely be back. A wonderful experience!!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Moliere Studio. It had everything you could possibly need right down to an umbrella. Our choice to rent an apartment instead of a hotel worked perfectly for us. It was in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the Louvre and Seine. The Opera was very close along with the world famous Pierre Herme macaron store. There is also a pretty decent bakery a few doors down for fresh morning croissants.
The studio is not fancy, but is perfect for a couple or small family of 4 could work. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The bathroom is small, but that is pretty common in Europe. There was good storage in the large bathroom wall cabinet. We chose not use the washer/dryer combo unit because of it being an extractor dryer that leaves your clothing very stiff and literally crunchy. Instead we walked 200 ft down the street and used the self service laundry.
Our ONLY complaint was the stiff, crunchy bath and hand towels which were obviously dried in the extractor dryer. The quality is good, but because of the dryer they were so uncomfortable to use, we almost took them down to the self serve laundry just to re-wash and dry them. They are that stiff.
This is a top rental in a great location for an affordable price. It books up a year in advance so don't hesitate. Laurent is easy to work with and will answer your questions in a timely way.
We stayed here last week, my husband and I with our 2 young children. This was an amazing apartment for us. Much bigger than any hotel room you would get in Paris for a similar (or even more expensive) price! The apartment is amazing located just a short walk from the Lourve, several metro stations, and many great places to eat. I was amazed at what was provided in the kitchen (coffee, tea, cookies and jam, spices and oils for cooking), a washer/dryer combo that worked great, and I was in heaven when I saw the hair dryer and diffuser in the bathroom! We appreciated the welcome and tips on how to work everything when we were greeted in the apartment. The access to make international phone calls was a huge benefit. Our family didn't spend too much time in the apartment, but it was a great place to sleep at night and then have a quick breakfast and get ready to spend the day exploring Paris!! Both of our kids slept in the pull-out couch easily (they are ages 4 & 6), and having a stand up shower/bath, and stove, microwave was amazing!! We have stayed at a hotel near this location previously, and paid significantly more! I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone!
A quiet street, 200 metres from tube-stations (Palais-Royal, Louvre Museum, and Pyramides) metro lines 1, 7 and 14.
Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
