Our development (Bella Lago at Bay Beach) took a hit from IAN like all of FMB, but our HOA Board of Directors has lead the way in recovery. We are proud to once again offer our comfortable and beautiful unit for your consideration as your premier vacation choice starting January 1, 2024. We were fortunate have very minimal damage to our unit. Repairs in the development are delaying occupancy and will be ongoing, but Bella Lago is making exceptional progress. RELAX at Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy a beautiful condo ready and waiting for you....for your best vacation yet! A sun-filled end unit awaits! Our unit is a true 3 bedroom unit. Three bedrooms. Not a two bedroom with a small den. Please note our HOA requires a minimum of 14 days for approval prior to tenancy.

Attention to detail best describes this third floor Bella Lago Condo. From the four flat screen Televisions (3 with HD)to the soft comfortable (Westin Heavenly) beds (all with high thread count bedding). Take the private walkway to gorgeous Fort Myers Beach or hop on the trolley and visit downtown or Lovers Key. This corner unit has lots of windows and is loaded with sunshine. Light and airy only begin to describe it! You will feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

Dine in using the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy going out to the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Enjoy private access to the beautiful sandy beach and majestic Gulf of Mexico sunsets at your doorstep. The pool and work-out room are open, however the elevators are not yet working.

Definitely would stay again

Mgr was very communicative. Property has a lot of amenities including cooking utensils, spices etc. Bed was very comfortable and shades kept bedroom dark and cool. Got a good night's sleep. Pillows were so-so. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location! Not as busy as downtown Ft. Myers Beach. Just right and great environment. Really impressed with the location and all of the amenities. The BBQ grill set up is not easy. Have to lug food and utensils back and forth from condo to downstairs next to pool. A cart would fix this problem. Again, despite the couple of small items we enjoyed our stay and are discussing our next trip! Thank you Nancy fir being thoughtful with the well stocked kitchen, fans in rooms and the white noise machine!

Great stay!

From booking to leaving we had a great stay. Close proximity to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and toys were wonderful. Pool on site was very clean and a great addition.

Best Family Vacation

We had a blast staying at Bella Lago. Nancy was super organized and provided great directions. Our place was spacious, clean and provided us easy access to everything. We fell in love with biking to Lovers Key State Park where we found unbelievable sea shells and sandbars during low tide. We also enjoyed biking Fort Meyers beach and checking out the action on Times Square. The pool at our condo is one of the best we’ve ever had on vacation; it’s spacious, pristine, quiet and has lots of comfortable seating. We’ve been vacationing at Sanibel Island the last six years and wanted to try something different this time. We are already planning for our family of 6 to return to Bella Lago next summer.

Great experience-we misunderstood the meaning of call ‘prior to’ arrival for door code. (Assumed would be changed after party checked out that am) So, we Figured that it meant once we landed-and b4 get to location. It was supposed to be B4 got to Ft. Myers. Suggested clearing that up by saying to call 12-24 hours prior to arrival time/date. But-fortunately, the contact did call us back before we arrived and we were able to get right in. It was beautiful and everything it said. Very nice vacation. Thank you

We are self employed business owners who reside in Michigan, with our children grown and grandparents to four. We enjoy golf, horses, family, friends, and travel when time allows. Michigan is a beautiful state but we escape to Fort Myers Beach any chance we can.

Why they chose this property

Location and close proximity to EVERYTHING! Private beach access located right out the door. Shopping, dining, marina, BEACH and much more all your footsteps. Did I mention the sun, sand and ocean just a few steps away and visible from the condo?

What makes this property unique

There are many and various great food and beverage establishments within a short walk. The Pool is directly below our lanai. You can talk to family and friends at the pool from the lanai. With the condo being so open and spacious, from the moment you walk in the door, you have an instant feeling of 'home away from home'.....in paradise of course! The Marina is also next door.
