Ramsgate Harbor Unit #8 is a 2 BR 2 ½ bath newly remodeled and furnished beachfront townhouse condo. Ramsgate Harbor is not a high rise! It is a 66 unit beachfront location on the quiet, uncrowded western side of Panama City Beach only 3 miles east of Rosemary Beach and right beside Carillon, a private beachfront gated housing community with shops and restaurants. Ramsgate has a Gulf front pool with restrooms and a grilling area. It is also walking distance from a full grocery store and Bayou Bill’s Restaurant. There are plenty of activities in the area...

-The new Pier Park: numerous shops, a movie theatre, department stores, restaurants (including a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville)

-The Carillon, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside communities all have great shopping, dining, and numerous scheduled activities such as complimentary outdoor concerts and

For those who’d rather enjoy a peaceful vacation at the beach, Ramsgate is a perfect alternative to crowded high rise hotels and condominiums. This west side area of Panama City Beach still boasts the beautiful white sands and emerald waters of the gulf coast, but is much quieter and more relaxed. The Ramsgate pool (with restrooms) is on the beach side along with grills so that families can enjoy the beautiful ocean sunsets as they grill by the pool and beach.

Unit #8 is indeed one of the top units in Ramsgate. It was completely remodeled with brand new cabinets, granite counter tops, new sinks, faucets, light fixtures, and all new appliances (Refrig., stove, DW, MW, W& D). It is on the 2nd floor (3rd level) with parking underneath units. It has 2 upstairs BR, 2 upstairs full baths, a ½ bath downstairs, 2 separate beachfront balconies, and a very open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen, dining area, and den all open to one another with a beautiful oceanfront view from the glass doors and windows that open onto the downstairs balcony. This unit can sleep up to 7 (K in master, Full in guest BR with pull out twin trundle underneath, and a Q sleeper sofa in den.

A perfect stay!

This unit really is spectacular! This unit and the entire complex really is well kept and updated. There were plenty of extra linens, pillows, and kitchen accessories. It is in a great location to everything and the beach was not overly crowded. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave at then end of the week!! My family and I can not wait to visit again!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in the month of May and absolutely loved it! The views were beautiful and the convenience of being right on the beach was exactly what we needed with two small children. The unit was clean and we were able to check in early which was a plus! We will definitely be back again :)

Perfect Week in the perfect spot !!

It was a great week on the beach. Perfect temps, breeze was blowing. Only disappointed that the water was off limits for three days due to riptides. But that didn't dampen things. There is a pool on the property & lots of sun/sand to be enjoyed. Overall fantastic week. This condo is close to EVERYTHING but crowded beaches ... which is why we stay on the west end of PCB.

There are two grocery stores, Winn Dixie and Publix, that are almost directly across the street. Both are less the 1/10 of a mile from our unit.

There are numerous restaurants close by.

1. Bayou Bills Crab House is directly across the street. We love their fried shrimp and often call for a take out order so that we can eat on the balcony.

2. We also enjoy Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar which is only a 5-10 minute drive to the east. It is a local favorite of many.

3. Another one of our favorites is the Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, FL, which is about a 10-15 min. drive west. We recommend their "grits a-ya-ya" with blackened shrimp served over smoked Gouda cheese grits.
