Ramsgate Harbor Unit #8 is a 2 BR 2 ½ bath newly remodeled and furnished beachfront townhouse condo. Ramsgate Harbor is not a high rise! It is a 66 unit beachfront location on the quiet western side of Panama City Beach only 3 miles east of Rosemary Beach and right beside Carillon, a private beachfront gated housing community with shops and restaurants. Ramsgate has a Gulf front pool with restrooms and a grilling area. It is also walking distance from a full grocery store and Bayou Bill’s Restaurant. There are plenty of activities in the area...

-Shipwreck Island: a water slide park

-The new Pier Park: numerous shops, a movie theatre, department stores, restaurants (including a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville)

-The Carillon, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside communities all have great shopping, dining, and numerous scheduled activities such as complimentary outdoor concerts and

family movies.

For those who’d rather enjoy a peaceful vacation at the beach, Ramsgate is a perfect alternative to crowded high rise hotels and condominiums. This west side area of Panama City Beach still boasts the beautiful white sands and emerald waters of the gulf coast, but is much quieter and more relaxed. The Ramsgate pool (with restrooms) is on the beach side along with grills so that families can enjoy the beautiful ocean sunsets as they grill by the pool and beach.

Unit #8 is indeed one of the top units in Ramsgate. It was completely remodeled with brand new cabinets, granite counter tops, new sinks, faucets, light fixtures, and all new appliances (Refrig., stove, DW, MW, W& D). It is on the 2nd floor (3rd level) with parking underneath units. It has 2 upstairs BR, 2 upstairs full baths, a ½ bath downstairs, 2 separate beachfront balconies, and a very open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen, dining area, and den all open to one another with a beautiful oceanfront view from the glass doors and windows that open onto the downstairs balcony. This unit can sleep up to 7 (K in master, Full in guest BR with pull out twin trundle underneath, and a Q sleeper sofa in den.

My Father, Olin Hunter, and I live in Georgia and have been visiting Florida for many years. We have been in love with the quiet area and sandy beaches of the Sunnyside area for some time. He decided to purchase a place for us to visit on occasion.

Gulf Front! Quiet exclusive area. Directly beside Carillon Beach and only 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. Also, only a short drive to Panama City Beach's Pier Park. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants!

What makes this townhome unique

Great location that is right on the beach! This unit was remodeled when purchased with new cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Also, it was updated with new beautiful porcelain tile in the living room, kitchen, and all bathrooms. Free Wireless Internet!

WOW, just returned from 8 days at this beautiful condo...very nicely updated, well equipped, extremely clean, both patios were great, 31 steps from condo to beach, very quiet, condo outside is well maintained, owner is super nice! Weather was postcard perfect, beach was uncrowded but beach service available. Quiet west end of PCB not far from Pier Park & across from Bayou Bills restaurant [very good]. You will not be disappointed!!!

We hope to return year after year

This was our 2nd stay in this unit, and we were even more pleased than the first time. This is a generously apportioned unit with comfortable beds and furniture, a great balcony table and chair set for morning coffee, plenty of extra towels, wash cloths, blankets, and pillows, and a well stocked kitchen utensil and bakeware supply. You do need to bring your own spices and condiments, so make sure and pack salt & pepper. The view is breathtaking from both balconies. I slept outside on the upstairs balcony on our last night because the view of the beach and the stars is so lovely. Winn Dixie & Publix are only a couple of blocks away We love this unit, Buddy's Seafood is just up the street. The owner is a very sweet and communicative woman, and we hope to keep on returning year after year. This is my little heaven on earth.

Another Great Trip

We have been staying at Ramsgate since the mid 80s. We have stayed in several units and this one was fantastic. The renonations were very pretty and we had plenty of space, even with a toddler. We do prefer flats as my mom has recently had hip replacement, but we'd stay in this unit again. The only thing we'd have liked different would be to have taller chairs on the balconies. Regular sized chairs made it difficult to see over the railing. The owner quickly responded to our inquiries prior to our stay.

Beautiful Unit!!

We stayed here for Mother's day! We will definitely be staying again. This place is beautiful and very well kept! The views from both balconies were amazing. It is so nice to be able to park your vehicle in the shade underneath the building! The beaches were amazing and NOT CROWDED!

What a Great Unit!

My family has been coming to PCB and staying at Ramsgate Harbour for 20+ years and this is by far one of the best town homes we have stayed in. It appears you have just recently had the carpet, tile, paint, and LR furnishings replaced as it looked different than the pictures online. We booked based on how good the online pics were and we we even more surprised when we opened the door as it was even more beautiful and comfortable than expected. The unit was very well stocked with anything we would have needed for our week long visit. The proximity to the beach was perfect with unobstructed views. We love coming to this "quiet" end of PCB and will definitely give you a call when we are ready to come back as we could not have asked for better accommodations.

We loved it!

My husband and I vacationed here along with my parents and 11 year old brother. We all had a great time! This condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Could throw a rock and hit the Winn Dixie across the street it was so close. It made buying groceries for our week long stay that much easier. The location of Ramsgate is great for families not wanting to be right in the center of all the loud crowds in Panama City, much more room to play on the beach than at the larger skyline resort, but still close to all the fun Panama City has to offer! We all slept comfortably and did not feel crowded. This is the only oceanfront condo we will ever want to stay at!
