Fantastic downtown location over looking the city , very quiet location yet steps to the boardwalk and walking distance to the best beach and the downtown stores. Enjoy every sunset of the year and ocean views from this homes huge view terraces which also over look the city and the bay of La Paz , these are the best views in La Paz.

Home has 3 huge master bedroom suites each with full bathrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms total , home has marble floors and marble sinks , Granite counter tops. All new appliances, furniture and bedding .2 large comfortable view terraces, all with views over looking the private pool and BBQ area. 2 flat screen TV's with satellite TV. Fully operational office with high speed internet and wireless , free internet phone, local cell phone, Computers, fax, and printer. A/C throughout home. Sleeps 3 couples with 2 king size beds and 2 singles and also 2 inflatable beds and futon . 2 singles can be joined with mechanism to create king bed for 3rd couple. (please arrange in advance)

Our home manager Brian is there to welcome all guests and show them through our home, also when possible he takes everyone on a tour of the city to get them aquainted with the places to know. We also supply an uptodate city planner that shows all the local hot spots and places to visit and activities to enjoy, our guests will feel like locals right from the beggining.

Housekeeper optional (if required extra days) . Cruiser bikes available to take to the beach or just to cruise the city and our boardwalk which is steps from the home.

This home will not disappoint nor fall short in any area. Reserve in advance for this extremely popular and well priced rental. So nice it will make your vacation a guaranteed success.

Also inquire about our 2005 Suburban available for $50.00 per day with the home , this vehicle is very comfortable for the Baja and half the price of the local rentals. also great A/C and the gas prices are very cheap here so larger vehicles are not an issue here.

We loved staying in this home. It is absolutely tops! Beautifully furnihsed, spacious and comfortable and it has a million dollar view!!! The location makes it easy to walk to the malecon or to the market for groceries. We enjoyed using the kitchen and bbq gril on the terrace. We also appreciated access to wifi and interent telephone service and the opportunity to rent the home wiht the vehicle to use. Bernie the home manager also deserves many thanks for his attentivenesss and freindliness. Thanks for everythinng.

There were 3 couples who stayed in the house. Great location. We walked to the Malecon and other places. We used the car which gave up a lot of options for beaches, etc.

The house is super. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a gated community in the north part of town in La Paz. The rooms are spacious, views of the ocean, kitchen with all the amenities, and a lovely place to stay. Ivan the property manager was very helpful with local restaurants and things to do. Easily walkable to the Malecon. I highly recommend this home!

Safe and lovely lodging in LaPaz

We just returned from a week in LaPaz. We loved the security of the gated community. In fact we became great friends with our Spanish speaking security guard, Francisco, and even though we do not speak Spanish, we were able to communicate in gesture. We miss him and his kindness and smile! Many of the surrounding homes were not occupied while we were there which was a plus. Otherwise outdoor privacy would be limited. We loved having the bikes available and enjoyed riding the malecon very much! The house certainly met our needs and Ivan was always available and responsive for answers or concerns. Unfortunately, the previous tenant was there were an entire month so the house was not as clean as usual and the grill was out of gas when we tried to use it. We also ran out of water shortly after arrival. Ivan arranged immediate delivery to fill cistern. The view of the water in the distance and the sunsets were amazing even though location of the development sits above a dirtier part of town. This house provided a perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring. Thank you, Ivan, for all your help!

Charming home in best location!

Although we have visited B.C.S. a few times, this was our first time staying in La Paz and outside of a resort. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Brian and Ivan! The house had more than enough room for our family of four and was located in a safe, gated community right on the end of the Malecon. Both upstairs and downstairs patios had tables for outdoor dining. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even provided us with drinking water. The property also has the option of using a rental car for an additional price. There was an abundance of a/c around the house which kept us cool throughout our entire stay. The homeowners also prepared a binder FULL of information regarding all aspects of La Paz (dining, tours, house info, etc.) which gave us considerable insight. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home during your stay in La Paz! Can't wait to be back again

Minor issues, overall excellent house and location

First of all, credit to Ivan and Diamantes Associates for their communication and attentiveness. When I first booked the house, I was notified by VRBO that there might be some fraud concerns with the property. Ivan and company, after about a week, contacted me to assure me that the property was valid. I found out the backstory once we arrived that there had been attempts to hack the account and contact potential renters through means outside of VRBO. All that said so that anyone who has doubts about this property can feel validated that it does in fact exist and the team that operates it is extremely capable and legitimate.

Now on to the actual property, this place is gorgeous, the pool, the views, the amenities are all well worth the price. In addition, it's just a short bike ride down to the city and all the bars and restaurants. My only complaint with the property is that we ran out of water every day, likely due to leaking toilets, however, after discussing with Ivan and the property management team, I'm confident they will have this resolved prior to anyone else's stay.

Overall, you will not be disappointed with any time spent at this property.

Owner's Response: Jaimi , thanks for your response and confidence in our team. Yes we had some issues with vrbo and luckily we caught it on our own just in time before one of our clients good scammed. So you bring it up as its a very very good point about internet security and the troubles all on line businesses now face. We operate 12 websites, our real estate brokerage has at least 25 email addresses and we advertise on about 10 different sites. I am actually shocked to see the amount of issues now taking place online, the people who cat fished our vrbo account about 5 months ago ( long past problem solved ) they were experts and obviously they were doing this to many people and properties through vrbo and other websites. They are working to tighten up security within vrbo and im sure that will help and they also reacted quickly when we informed them of the problem , so they had seen the issue before. In the mean time they way they reacted scared to death all of our clients, so we had a lot of phone calls : ) but thankfully not one person got taken !! ( lucky it was close) . Also to all prospective clients, never except a special discount for full payment now and never send money to a western union account, those are traditionally the accounts used by scams. Also all our emails are from our business email address , like so only emails from url. also we only use paypal for payments and that allows you to use a credit card. We have never had any issues with paypal. On the other matter yes we found the water leak : ) it was a inner seal in a toilet that couldn't be seen easily : ) See you back in la paz soon amigo, saludos brian

Awesome home, in the perfect location

I have been to La Paz 3 times in the last year and stayed in different areas of the city and this was by far the best of all. La Paz is a very safe city as it is but the small gated community made my wife feel all that much more comfortable being in the home. Beautiful views of the city and ocean. 1/2 block to the Malecon and very easy access to all the beaches that are just outside of the city. Everything a family would need in a home to cook your own meals, BBQ or just lounge around the pool. We used the cruiser bikes that they have available almost every night to ride down the Malecon and watch the sunsets. We could not have picked a better home to spend our vacation in and when we do go back next we will definitely staying here again.
