Wonderful stay in a beautiful home
We were here for the week around ULLR fest and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house is beautiful with wonderful amenities. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we couldn’t get enough of the heated floors. The hot tub was great after a long day of snowboarding and the kitchen was perfect for the large group.
Great location and rental agency was very responsive.
Beautiful home and great location. Easy walking distance to downtown and Carter park. Could use a few more trash cans around the house and additional soap bars but otherwise good.

Very nice property but it needs a little maintenance to make it a great place
The house is up for sale, so cleaners did not really have time to do a thorough cleaning before a house showing. The management agency was great and refunded our cleaning fee and responded quickly to all our calls. Many of the window opening mechanisms are broken and do not open - which is important in the summer as most properties in Breckenridge do not have Air Conditioning. Several of the toilet flushing mechanisms were worn out. The management agency did have a few of them replaced while we were there. The great room and kitchen areas were awesome. We wish the deck were a little deeper. Not really much room to hang out other than in the hot tub. The only main drawback to this unit is that it faces a very busy street. With the windows open for cool air in the evenings, you get a lot of car noise at all hours.

Our group from Chicago (go BEARS!) really enjoyed the house. How beautiful and spacious! What a great location to walk to everything downtown yet the wooden lot and neighborhood still gave you a remote feeling. The manager was very easy to work with and so helpful. We would love to come back some day.
We enjoyed our stay in this house; however I would not recommend for two families as the second bedroom is small and the futon upstairs is not sleepable, very uncomfortable. The house sleeps 8 comfortably.
The lighting in master bathroom needs to be labeled as there 20 switches. The master room is VERY nice. Toilets need updating as we had a lot of trouble with them flushing or filling up with water.
