With complimentary access to the Grand Pavilion Oceanfront Swimming Pools, you will have direct access to the best options for swimming and relaxing. A couple of the most sought after features of “The Peddler “are the front porch (with a relaxing swing) and back screened porch overlooking the lagoon. It is a perfect destination to enjoy the Island's fresh breezes, sounds of the sea and wildlife. When you enter “The Peddler” you will find that the home has been meticulously built and decorated by an owner-designer. Each room is designed to flow from one to another with countless fine details. The living room is ideally furnished so that everyone can sit in comfort. It even has a game table that is perfect for assembling the beach jigsaw puzzle. The formal dining room will seat eight, comfortably, and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each featuring a queen bed and private bath. On the upper level there are two additional bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom features a king and the other twins. “The Peddler” has wireless, five televisions and three DVD players. The Isle of Palms, like all barrier islands, has a dynamic beach near the inlet that separates the island from Dewees Island. The ebb and flow of the changing tides, through the inlet, creates and moves sand bars just off shore. These sandbars will channel waves between them, resulting in the massive buildup of sand along portions of the island where other areas may develop temporary erosional hot spots. These hot spots will feature a sand beach throughout the day outside an hour or so before and after high tide. Where a dry sand beach may be limited in these few areas at high tide, walking either direction will lead to an area where the sandbars have created an expansive beach to enjoy at any tide.

Beautiful home, very clean, and great location!
Great vacation house!
Spacious house in nice community. Thoughtfully equipped/organized. Short walk to beautiful beach. Would have liked an available grill. Enjoyed it very much!
Needs updating. Kitchen equipment all but unusable.
Well located and clean, but in need of TLC.
Great place to relax
We have been visiting Wild Dunes for many years. This is a great house to stay in. I hope we can rent it again soon.

Great house, location and layout
85 Grand Pavilion is a great family vacation house, convenient to tennis, beach and pools. House layout very conducive to hosting large family gatherings. House very clean and well appointed.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback. We agree that the Grand Pavilion is the place to be, and are glad you enjoyed our home. Hope to see you back on Isle of Palms real soon.
Nice house, good location
The house was nice and worked well for a family of five. Great location - close enough to the beach, boardwalk and pools to walk, but far enough away to be secluded and have privacy.
Thank you for taking the time to write us this review. We always love to hear positive feedback from our guests. We love the location of our home, as it is close to everything in the resort, while also maintaining privacy. We are glad to hear our home was able to accommodate you and your family and we would love to have you come back and stay with us on your next vacation!
