Clean comfortable and right on the beach

  • 4 of 5

We really liked this property and it's right on the beach. Only drawback is restaurant across the street was very noisy at night.

Owner's Response: Yes, the restaurant is currently one of the hotspots in town, and there is lots of activity in the summer. During the busiest weeks of high season the hours run late. The owner is very accommodating to neighbors and has asked that we have folks contact him if they have concerns. We include his phone number in our guest book and encourage people to reach out.

Just what we needed!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a week in June and what a lovely time we had! This is a very nice condo and well decorated too! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed access to the beach and the views! This was close to everything but just far enough removed to be very relaxing. The owners were very responsive and checked in to make sure we were settled. We would love to return again for years to come! Loved it!

Cheers!

A gem, carefully decorated, perfectly located, a great place to relax and enjoy Cape Cod

  • 5 of 5

We spent 3 nights as a couple in this condo and we LOVED it. Thanks to nice personal decoration and quality furniture, the atmosphere is immediately soothing and you feel it is your new home. You open the large window to the deck and you enjoy 180 degree view of the bay with the beach at your feet. It is cool. The condo is located close to everything in Provincetown yet in a quite area as well. Parking was easy in the street. Would stay again for sure. Thank you Russ for letting us use your place !

P-Town Delight

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful condo with an amazing view. Nicely decorated with many local items from the wonderful shops lining Commercial Street. Perfectly located. A quick walk from the Boston ferry so you can leave your car and cares behind.

LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL

  • 5 of 5

I notice details and so did the owners - Ralph Lauren sheets, full set of thin, rimless wine glasses, martini glasses chilled in the freezer, full set of white porcelain china - current style of square and rectangle, full set of nice cutlery, sharp knives and great pots. In addition a good Bose speaker to play your music. I can only imagine how much nicer the place is in full bloom!

Perfect Ptown Getaway

  • 5 of 5

My wife, my son, and I stayed in this gem of an apartment for four nights and can't do anything, but gush about it. Everything about our experience was smooth, starting with our earlier contact with Russ. He was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. He always answer questions quickly and helpfully. The unit itself is located on the second story, with wonderful water views. My son spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the boats come and go and several times ran down to the beach to get a better look at something. We always felt safe because he was in sight the whole time. There was even a basket with some beach buckets and shovels for him to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook small meals and the dining table was plenty big enough for our family to each comfortably, even with a couple guests. The living area is bright and sunny with great views of the harbor. Both bedrooms were nice sized, even the one with a king bed still had room to maneuver and the beds were amazingly comfortable! My son also dozed on the couch and seemed to like it just fine. The pillows were also excellent. I brought one from home and never used it. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and then some. I could have stayed there for weeks without missing any of the comforts of home.

As nice as the condo was to stay in, I think the best feature was how easily it was to go out. The harbor beach is just steps away in one direction and commercial street is steps away in the other. You can take a short walk along either to get you to the center of town in minutes. I had several back-to-back events at the Library and Womencrafts and still had time to run back to the apartment if I needed something. There are great restaurants just a two minute walk (or less) in either directions. There's a coffee shop two minutes away as well. You can be on the Wharf in 5 minutes either by sand or street. One night it was raining and we step went out because everything was so close you hardly needed an umbrella. Staying here gives you all the benefits of being near everything, but after the sun goes down there's very little foot traffic in that part of town. We sat on the back deck one night as the full moon rose and didn't hear another voice around. And let me tell you, if you haven't seen a full moon shining peacefully on Provincetown Harbor you're missing out. I've stayed in about 7 different locations in Ptown and this spot can't be beat.
