Quiet top floor unit that has beautiful mountain and downtown Breckenridge views. This condo is perfect for one family or can easily be shared with two. The unit was recently remodeled and updated. The kitchen has granite countertops, travertine floors and backsplash, stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathrooms both have travertine floors and backsplash, and a 'deep' soaking tub in the 2nd bath. There are king beds in both bedrooms, a leather queen sleeper sofa, and 2 futons (full size)in adjoining living area. Frieze carpet through out. New linens and towels. Dining room can accomodate up to 9 people.

Our condo boasts one of the best locations in Breckenridge:

-one block from the Quicksilver Superchair - approximately a 4 minute walk

-at the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run - approximately a 4 minute walk

-a brisk walk to the Snowflake Chair

-ski/bike rentals are across the street

-Main St. (downtown) is one block away - approximately a 4 minute walk

-there is a transit stop right in front of the unit to take you around Breckenridge or

Keystone and Copper Mountain - ALL FOR FREE!

About The Owner

I have a beautiful wife and two incredible daughters (Jackie 17 and Katie 15). We have found we love Breckenridge- it provides the perfect family get-a-way any time of year! We wanted a vacation home where our daughters can create lasting memories.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Northwest

The Cimarron provides the perfect location for skiing and heading into town for dinner. You can quickly walk to everything you need (chairlifts, ski rental, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bike rental, the Blue River, etc.) The complex is quiet and filled with friendly people. It is also one of the few complex's, in this price range, that has its own hot tubs on site. The heated underground parking garage allows easy loading and unloading of all your gear right in the elevator and up to your door. You can also leave your skis in the private ski locker in the garage.

Perfect condo for ski trip

The condo is great in its condition and location. We have 2 families, 4 adults and 3 kids, in our party and we all feel comfortable to stay in this spacious condo. The futons are very convenient and comfy for kids so adults can enjoy the king size bed after the full day ski. There are enough blankets for all in our party and accommodations in the bathroom. The kitchen is well maintained with all needs to dine in. David always respond promptly and easy to work with, thanks for offering the ski locker to store our luggage for our late shuttle back to Denver.

We would highly recommend this condo!

We were very happy in this condo and the location is wonderful! The condo was very well appointed-- lots of blankets and even beach towels for lake and river days! We will definitely be back!

We would definitely stay here again. As described, this condo is an EASY walk to lifts and into town. There were 5 adults in our party and the sleeping accommodations were good.

Holiday ski week

The condo was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children and did not feel too crowded. The futons are very convenient for extra sleeping space. The location was very good as well with just a 10 minute walk to the lifts. The laundry, while not in the room, was very accessible and easy to use. It was nice to have a fireplace and wood available. We used it every night.

The kitchen was well stocked with skillets and pans. It would have been good to have a better cheese grater and more tupperware but those are very small things overall. : ) We would highly recommend this condo!
