Ideal central, quiet large apartment with garden

The ground floor apartment is located in a 2 storey traditional townhouse, very quiet in a narrow cul-de-sac only a few steps from the harbor.

All rooms are spacious and bright ...... ideal for a family with children or for those who like space. The front yard invites you to sit peacefully outside with a book or play the children to safety. No cars or motorcycles go by.

The apartment is on one level on the ground floor, there are 3 steps to the front door. (And two steps to one of the two bedrooms)

There are 2 go from the harbor to the house.

You have the choice of peace and privacy, as well as nearby a wide range of good taverns, bars, cafes and sophisticated shops. The place with its beautiful whitewashed narrow streets and stairs, flowers and colors invites you to explore the village.

There are bus connections to all beaches, so renting a car is not urgently needed.

The apartment upstairs is inhabited by the owners, who are mostly out of town and guarantee you privacy.

About elly

The house owners are from the island, but live in winter in Athens.

During the summer months they live on the upper floor of the house, but assure the privacy of the guests and appear only in case of need.

The apartment is on the ground floor, has its own small front yard and is centrally located in the village and yet very quiet, since no motorcycles or cars drive through the dead end. The rooms are generously cut and very bright.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for a family with children, but also for guests which like roomy light rooms with space to move or work.

The apartment is very centrally located in the village and yet quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle in a dead end without cars or mopeds. Plenty of space and light provide the rooms in the apartment and in the small garden (terrace) you will find peace and seclusion as well as safety for children to play. The kitchen is fully equipped. If necessary, so can be cooked extensively.

Very good - could be excellent

Charming Franzeska met us and introduced us to the little foibles of the property which was simple, in a quiet central location with a small outside area. It was clean and functional with air con. It served its purpose for us adequately and we enjoyed our stay.

If the owners wanted to improve the offering it would be easily done with different bed linen, towels (include bath mats and perhaps change the towels mid way through). There was no hot water to the kitchen sink which should be fixed in a self catering property. Just a bit of updating generally.

Owner's Response: Da wir sehr auf das Wohlergehen unserer Gäste bedacht sind, ist ihre Meinung für uns von großer Bedeutung. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind neu, weiss und aus 100% Baumwolle, werden nach jedem Gebrauch bei 90° gewaschen und gebügelt. Deshalb verstehen wir nicht so ganz die Art der Beanstandung bezüglich der Wäsche. In unserem Inserat wird erwähnt, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 7 Tagen die Wäsche gewechselt wird. Dieser Gast hatte einen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen. Warmes Wasser in der Küche ist in Griechenland nicht sehr üblich. Da es kein Durchlauferhitzsystem gibt und das Wasser anhand eines Elektroboilers erhitzt wird, ist ein Anschluss für die Küchenspüle also nicht gerade ökonomisch und somit wohl auch nicht üblich. Wir werden jedoch einen Anschluss in Betracht ziehen.

Comoda e accogliente

La casa è in una posizione ottima; vicinissima al porto e quindi ai confort di skopelos town. Se prendete l auto quindi nn ci sarà bisogno di preoccuparsi del parcheggio poiché al porto ne trovate uno grande e quindi molto vicino casa. La casa in sè è accogliente con un mobilio senza lodi ma il giardinetto è sicuramente il pezzo forte della casa. La ragazza che ci accolto infine è molto simpatica; saprà rispondere ad ogni vostro dubbio.

La casa è carina e in una posizione centrale di Skopelos, vicino al porto, ma molto tranquilla.

Le cose necessarie sono disponibili nella casa. L'aria condizionata è disponibile per i giorni caldi e gli spazi sono sufficienti per 4 persone.

Delizioso

Siamo stati a Skopelos per 6 notti e la casa era assolutamente come appare nelle foto e come descritta. Anzi molto piú spaziosa. Il giradinetto offre un delizioso angolo di relax anche la sera con i meravigliosi profumi dei fiori. Consiglierei a famiglie con bambini perché offre lo spazio adatto, e nonsotante sia a pochi metri dal lungomare é un angolo di quiete e di sileznio.
