This well-appointed home is located in South Richland, in the heart of the Tri-Cities. All of the flooring in the house was recently replaced with beautiful carpet and porcelain tile throughhout. Fine dining, shopping, the Columbia River, and wine tasting are just minutes away. Easy access to the Hanford site and Tri-Cities regional airport in Pasco. In addition to its perfect location, the house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay, whether you are in town on an extended business trip, or a weekend getaway.
The Tri-Cities region is comprised of the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, and other surrounding towns. The region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and offers visitors and residents a year-round outdoor paradise. The confluence of the Snake, Yakima and Columbia rivers has produced an aquatic playground that is second to none. The area’s inviting waterways beckon water lovers from all over the region to enjoy sailing, power and pleasure boating, waterskiing, swimming, fishing, windsurfing, and much more.
Nestled in the heart of Washington’s wine country, the Tri-Cities boast more than 100 wineries within a 50-mile radius. Home to five of Washington State’s eight American Viticulture Areas, the region produces 99 percent of the state’s wine and some of the finest wines in the world. An annual $3 billion industry, Washington State is the second largest wine producer in the nation.

The Tri-Cities region of South-East Washington is an excellent destination for outdoor activities and wine tasting. This particular house sits in a great South Richland location, just minutes away from great wineries, restaurants, and the Columbia River.
You will not find a nicer vacation property in the Tri-Cities. The hosue is maintained and cleaned to the owner's high standards, is tastefully decorated and has great amenities. No detail has been overlooked. The house features 2 outdoor seating areas. The enclosed side yard is shaded in the late afternoons and has a patio table and gas bbq. There is also a small table and chairs on the front porch. There is a great walking/biking trail that starts just 2 blocks from the house and goes for miles through neighborhoods, shopping and wine tasting rooms.
Rented this house for three days while attending a family wedding in Richland and what a perfect choice! We were welcomed with a basket filled with coffee, popcorn, snacks, etc! The house is pristinely clean, has inviting decor, and the owners have put in that extra touch to ensure you will feel right at home. Nice washer/dryer with supplies if needed, extra small appliances, even an electric sandwich grill! Small patio with a bbq and table/umbrella/4 chairs. It feels like a home away from home. QUIET neighborhood. Pleasant yard. Easy access to the entire Tri-cities area. You won't be disappointed.
This is a lovely little rambler, comfortable, very clean, and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The only thing we had to pick up was laundry soap. The location is central for any travel by car. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. We found it to be a lovely place to be while in town for a conference.
We appreciated this clean, spacious, and well appointed rental. Ralph was great to work with and the time there was very pleasurable. We enjoyed walking the trails and paths in this nice community. We wish the location of this home was closer to town and more central to all the Tri-Cities, but we will definitely book again when we are back. Thanks!
My husband and I stayed here for two months and we're extremely happy with our stay. The home was immaculate and spacious with vaultled ceilings And a large kitchen. The fenced in yard and deck made sitting outside very nice. The home is located in a beautiful community and the neighbors we're friendly. The property owned was professional and highly attentive to details. He accomodated all our requests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the place, especially for families.
We rented this house for our family visiting for a wedding. The pictures don't do it justice. It was well decorated, nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and well equipped in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of everything we would need. With two little boys it was the perfect place to stay with a fenced in yard and patio. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
Four of us stayed at the owner's property in the Horn Rapids area of Richland while attending a convention in Kennewick. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to prepare dinner and visit together in the evening rather than heading back to hotel rooms. The patio/deck area is quite pleasant and private with nice shade provided by the pretty aspen trees. We took an evening stroll along one of the walking paths in the community and it was very relaxing. Ralph was easy to communicate with and always replied promptly to my emails. We would not hesitate to rent one of his places when we visit the area again.
We so much enjoyed our stay in the Washington Wine Country. What made it most enjoyable was this house we stayed in. It was very nicely updated and perfect for four ladies to stay. The house was in a great neighborhood and easy access to where we needed to go and wanted to go. Having a garage was great. It was clean and had enough extra towels, etc. The only drawback we encountered was the ice maker wasn't working, so we did have to buy a couple bags of ice. We packed a picnic lunch each day so needed to keep things cold. We would definitely rent this place again if we get to return to this area. Thanks, Ralph.
