Our resort Club offers a 5000 sq. ft outdoor pool with a tropical waterfall, an adult lap pool, two spas and sundecks. There is a small playground for the kids, a lazy river with rafts, tennis clinics for all ages available through our tennis facility which features 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a Bar and Grill poolside restaurant to enjoy delicious food and tropical drinks.
Our full service spa facility offers herbal bath soaks, deep tissue massages, scrubs and wraps. Massage treatments to satisfy any special requests.
Our state of the art fitness center also offers Aerobics, pilates and yoga classes. Superb Condo and Stay
What a wonderful condo and great owners! We have been snowbirding at this condo for the last 3 years. It's all one could ask for in terms of comfort, amenities offered by the Resort (great pool for adults and kids), and location with easy access to Tin City, 5th Avenue, and others. They offer van transportation to 5th Ave, 3rd Street and the 12th street pier/beach. The condo is well equipped with an especially nice kitchen. The master bathroom is spacious with two sinks and a large walk-in shower. The 2nd floor location is ideal and the screened porch is so very peaceful. I can't end this review without mentioning that June is a wonderful owner who truly cares about your experience while living in her condo... very responsive to any issues and just a great person to work with.

It is always my intent to try and assure our renters a clean, comfortable and well stocked residence for them and their family members to enjoy. Private and Relazxing
My party of 6 checked in on 12/30/17. The condo looked just like the photos. We had no problem checking in and the condo was actually ready a half hour early. The sheets smelled wonderful... I actually ended up buying the same detergent to take home. LOL My party is huge on cooking meals and OMG, there were so many pots, pans, skillets there for our use. There were actually a lot of spices there also. Other than food, we did not have to buy really anything. June was so wonderful during the whole process and I WILL plan to rent this condo again. We were there during the coldest week ever, but hanging out in the condo was just fine. We did go out to eat one night at Jimmy P's and OMG!!!! If you love steaks, this is the place to go!!!!

Very comfortable, quiet, spacious condo near everything in Naples. Owner is rapid in responding. No problems whatsoever for our party of 6 adults. Kitchen is great. We even made Christmas cookies without needing to buy cookie sheets! Would definitely go again. Great pools and top notch work-out facilities in the condo complex (which is a hike for the hotel guests but great for us).
A fabulous apartment in a superb location!
This is a wonderful apartment - superbly equipped and to a very high standard. It has everything you could wish for - including beach chairs and towels, which were very much appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the secluded lanai a lovely place to sit and have an evening drink. The pool complex was fantastic with excellent service from the poolside bar. The location of the apartment is excellent too - an easy walk to shops and restaurants or the free-shuttle (which will pick you up from the apartment) will take you to 5th Avenue/3rd Street or the beach. Naples beach and the pier are really lovely. Many thanks to June for her very helpful instructions - if we get the opportunity we will definitely come back!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated throughout. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area were all comfortable in size. Great location to downtown Naples. I strongly recommend the cottages at Naples Bay Resort. We will be back.
Naple Bay Resort Vacation
We had an amazing week.
This unit is clean, fully stocked with all essentials and close to the pool.
The owner was very approachable and available.
I strongly recommend this vaction resort and unit when in Naples.
Within walking distance of downtown and resturants.
Naples Bay itself has dining options.
We will stay here again when we visit Naples.
So much to do. Rent a boat or bikes at our resort Hotel, book a back water fishing guide, enjoy the amazing Everglades, do a kayaking tour, our Naples Zoo is great for the kids, shopping galore at our famed 5TH AVE and 3 RD AVE, incredible dining in a five mile radius, book a boat tour at TIN CITY and so much more.

TENANT TO PAY THE $50 DAILY RESORT FEE WHICH WOULD INCLUDE THE USE OF ALL CLUB AMENITIES AND USE OF THE SHUTTLE BUS TO NAPLES PIER BEACH. GUEST WILL PAY THE $50 DAILY RESORT FEE DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB. FROM 6/1 TO 9/30 SUMMER DAILY RESORT FEES ARE $40 PER DAY. $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE WITH SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT. FULL RENTAL PROCEEDS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TENANT MY CANCEL ANYTIME PRIOR TO 60 DAYS OF DATE OF ARRIVAL. OWNER MUST REBOOK RENTAL PERIOD TO RETURN RENTAL FUNDS IF CANCELLED WITHIN THE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
