You are renting from Jason, Maria, and Bella. We started renting/sharing our home to help with Bella's college fund and have enjoyed every minute of this side job. While we are new to VRBO, we have been renting our property for over 6 years now.
Why Jason Leer chose Michigan Hill
This property is incredible. There are amazing mountain views from every room in the house. If you like camping, hiking, hunting, 4 wheelings, or any other outdoor activity, this place is heaven. While this home isn't for everyone (Karen's, please rent from someone else), those who love the outdoors will be amazed at the views, wildlife, location to hiking, camping, shooting, hunting, 4 wheeling, stars, etc. This home is set up for 2-3 small families. 3 actual bedrooms (1 master suite), with a large loft for kids with a bunk bed. Also, includes a game room with a pool table, foosball, and xbox 360/xbox one/PS4.
What makes this Cabin unique
The views and wildlife are the defining characteristics of this property. Elk are the most common visitors, but there are also deer, moose, hummingbirds, eagles, fox, pronghorns, etc. There are also activities for everyone. Internet, satellite TV, massage chair, pool table, foosball table, video games, books, DVDs, etc. There are also unlimited activities around the area including hiking (14ers), camping, shooting, restaurants, breweries, rafting, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, etc. 45 Minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Bailey, and 15 minutes to Fairplay.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
