Spring Lake is an upscale, vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. House is on the last block in Belmar bordering Spring Lake, in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the Summer attractions.

The house is closer to the Spring Lake beach than many rentals in Spring Lake. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to 6 Flags Great Adventure. Walking distance to oceanfront restaurants and shops in Belmar.

* Very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with no group rentals.
* Only six houses to the ocean. Walk to Belmar & Spring Lake Beaches.
* Off street parking for at least three cars.
* Great for families with small children. We will provide a high chair and two Pack and Play portable cribs if requested.
* We also provide a two seater wagon and beach chairs for the beach.
* NO Groups, No Smoking, or Pets please. We will only rent to families or groups of families.

*****There is a small backhouse on the property that is rented on a year round basis. Everything is geared to the front house. The front house gets the driveway and patio area.*****

Lovely wekeend

We enjoyed the house and beach immensely. Bedrooms were surprisingly large and very spacious. You can’t beat the short walk to the boardwalk. Thank you for a great stay!

Belmar Beauty!

What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had a big family wedding to attend in Eatontown but also wanted to be near the beach. This home was perfect for our family of seven. Heidi was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Belmar. A HUGE thank you to Heidi for sharing her lovely home.

Heidi was an excellent property manager to work with. The whole stay was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (towels, kitchen ware, safety gates and pack & play for little ones). The location can’t be beat!

Could not have had a better property. Family get together for Mom s funeral. House was awesome and I actually went swimming mid october water was actually nice. We swim in Maine so anything above 55 is ok. It was a very special weekend one that family will always remember. Thanks again for an incredible experience at such a lovely house

Great Property and Location

Every year we have a small group of 4 that comes to town for a music festival. We were looking. For a house near the ocean and found this wonderful property. The house has plenty of space and is only a few houses from the beach. Heidi was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a terrific stay at Heidi’s property. The house is immaculate and the kitchen really well stocked. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked great. Heidi was extremely responsive. And 1.5 short blocks to a gorgeous family beach! I definitely will rent again.

Another year, another beautiful stay!

This was our third time staying at Heidi’s property, and it definitely won’t be our last. Each year it gets harder and harder to leave! Heidi’s house is immaculate! My boys talk about how gorgeous that upstairs bathroom is all year long, and now they can’t stop talking about the “cool new couches!” We have only had the best experiences at this property and with Heidi. Belmar beauty

As noted in many other reviews of this property, all was good during our one week vacation at this house - clean, comfortable, well kept, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, food shopping, overall a perfect location. Owner is friendly and promptly responds to questions. Only one small issue - stairs from first floor to second floor are a bit noisy with creaks. But, all in all, this vacation property is a pleasure and easy to recommend.

Perfect Location

My three children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived. All of the beds are comfortable. The owner provides plenty of bath and beach towels. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. And by far this property’s best feature is it’s proximity to the beach, literally a two minute walk to beautiful Belmar beach. It could not have been more convenient.

Excellent location for a family

My family stayed at this home for 5 nights. This property was one of the few that had a bedroom/bathroom downstairs to accommodate my mother, who can’t handle stairs. The layout and location were perfect - a block from the beach. The house was great, the owner was responsive, the property clean, and we couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Felt right at home!

We enjoyed our stay in belmar very much. The house and location was perfect . The house was very clean , the beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room to gather around and spend some quality time with my brother and sisters.We love our walks on the boardwalk too! Great accommodations

Our family consisted of 5 adults and 3 children and the accommodations fit us perfectly with plenty of beds, a large living room and dining area with a large table and seating for all. The property was close to the beach and is very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely rent again.

Why they chose this property

It took us over two years to find a house to buy on this street. Houses rarely come on the market in this area, so we knew we had to have this house as soon as we walked through it. We love the location. It is located in a quiet family section of Belmar and incredibly close to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the porch and master bedroom. You also have a wonderful view of Lake Como.
