Spring Lake is an upscale, vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. House is on the last block in Belmar bordering Spring Lake, in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the Summer attractions.

The house is closer to the Spring Lake beach than many rentals in Spring Lake. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to 6 Flags Great Adventure. Walking distance to oceanfront restaurants and shops in Belmar.

* Six Belmar Beach badges provided. We also have a locker right on the beach, so no need to carry chairs back and forth to the beach.
* Brand new kitchen - stainless steel kitchenaid appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops.
* Extremely nice and clean four bedroom colonial (one bedroom downstairs).
* Two bedrooms freshly painted with Nautical Borders.
* Two newly renovated bathrooms.
* 24 feet X 14 feet master bedroom with ocean and lake views.
* Beautiful lake views from every room and patio.
* Living room 24 feet X 14 feet with fireplace.
* Ocean and lake views from front porch.
* Very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with no group rentals.
* Only six houses to the ocean. Walk to Belmar & Spring Lake Beaches.
* Off street parking for at least three cars.
* Great for families with small children. We will provide a high chair and two Pack and Play portable cribs if requested.
* We also provide a two seater wagon and beach chairs for the beach.
* NO Groups, No Smoking, or Pets please. We will only rent to families or groups of families.

*****There is a small backhouse on the property that is rented on a year round basis. Everything is geared to the front house. The front house gets the driveway and patio area.*****

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were great and the location was fantastic. The available beach chairs located in the locker made logistics easy. I appreciated the wagon to ride the little one and supplies to the beach. We didn't know there was a specific type of tent/umbrella that was required for the beach, but it wasn't a huge deal. (center anchored and only 6 square feet.) There was a nice big reclining beach chair that my very tall husband (who pulled his back out) could relax in. The main shower is extremely spacious and easy for tall people and toddlers to use. We appreciated the toddler step stool in the bathroom. While some might see it as a negative, the creaky staircase actually helped me feel safer with my toddler, because I would hear if he was going downstairs. It wasn't an issue with napping though, as we just tried to not go up and down. The entry code, secure locks, beach tags, parking, outdoor space, and communication were all excellent. I would book this location again! Thank you, Heidi!

The location is very convenient and close to the beach and boardwalk. The home itself is large and each bedroom has a lot of space. Definitely a great house to be enjoyed by a family. The host was very responsive and accommodating to my requests. Highly recommend.

The house was just as pictured and such a lovely place to stay. You cannot beat the location in Belmar - the house was fully stocked in the kitchen, linens and very comfortable beds. It was very clean, cozy and a great size. Truly can’t wait to return to this beachside bliss!

Lovely wekeend

We enjoyed the house and beach immensely. Bedrooms were surprisingly large and very spacious. You can’t beat the short walk to the boardwalk. Thank you for a great stay!

Why they chose this property

It took us over two years to find a house to buy on this street. Houses rarely come on the market in this area, so we knew we had to have this house as soon as we walked through it. We love the location. It is located in a quiet family section of Belmar and incredibly close to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the porch and master bedroom. You also have a wonderful view of Lake Como.
