This cozy, peaceful, versatile duplex is situated between the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal waterway. The island here is only one block wide, and you are on that block. Imagine being able to get up in the morning and watch the sunrise over the Intercoastal waterway, and just as easily be able to watch the sunset over the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico in the evening. Leave your cares behind, unwind, and let yourself go. Enjoy the famously white sandy beaches, and be mesmerized by the beauty of the million dollar sunsets without paying a million. Come, take advantage of all this stunning location has to offer. There is easy access to restaurants, shopping, and a multitude of different types of activities. There is nearby access to bike riding, taking the trolley, riding a scooter, jet skiing or parasailing. Or you could even stay in and enjoy barbecuing in the shady backyard. Whatever you need, you can have.

The duplex has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a screened in porch with a washer and dryer. The back yard is fenced in and small pets are allowed. Pet deposit required.

The unit can easily be expanded by opening a door and connecting to the other unit of the duplex if needed. This will add two bedrooms and a bath, enabling accommodations for up to 10 people.

We are located in an ideal spot on Anna Maria Island. We are within walking distance of Bridge Street and all of its shops and restaurants, and the Bradenton fishing pier. We are five houses from the beach itself at a spot that has paddle board, and jet ski rentals. We have easy access to Cortez Road, and easy access to Manatee Avenue. We are located slightly south of the center of the island which means it's only a short drive to either end of the island. Very easy to get to anything you need. And many activities are within walking distance, including Scooter rentals.

About the owner: I am originally from Long Island New York. My whole life I enjoyed going to the beach in the summer time. My husband and I moved to Florida in 1994, and then I was able to go to the beach all the time! We found ourselves often visiting Anna Maria Island to enjoy the beach, boating, fishing, and all the restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Bradenton Beach, FL, USA:
We started a family in 2001, and by 2005 had three children. When we saw this property we realized that not only could it be used as a rental, but we could also use it ourselves as our own affordable vacation place. And we have! It has easily met all of our needs and we have set it up to be family friendly. We enjoy being able to provide an affordable, enjoyable vacation experience for others. And we are nearby so that if there is something we can do to help somebody enjoy their vacation more we are able to do it.

The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
This is a very unique area. As stated before, the island is only one block wide in this spot. And it is a very friendly block! And it really is so very convenient to all that makes Anna Maria Island such a special place to enjoy a vacation.
