There is nothing quite like this mixed use Luxury Beach Bungalow situated above retail area of 'The Landing'. The Landing complex is the perfect proximity to shopping, parks, restaurants, promenade, Avila Beach pier, while the beach and sand are only 300 feet away!

Enjoy this comfortable and contemporary beach condo built in 2009. The amenities include; travertine floors, leather style furniture, 2 fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, dutch door, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, skylights and spacious balcony deck w/ BBQ and seating. This unit is on the second level, above commercial space. No smoking or pets are allowed. Weekly rates are based on six night stays.

*** PLEASE NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated and guests will be charged a $500 fine. The 11:00am check-out time is strictly enforced and any guest who checks out after (not pre-approved by property manager) will be subject to a $50/hour fine.

Perfect stay for a short vacay and college visit

The condo worked perfect for us--my husband, myself and my teenage son. College is 15 minutes away and the beach town is very quaint. Would definitely stay again if he gets accepted!! Thank you Stephanie,

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We had a great time exploring Avila! Perfect set up for a toddler. The place had everything we needed and we loved the central location! We enjoyed the Bob Jones bike trail, all the parks, Kraken coffee and Kravabowl! We will be back for sure.

Close and comfortable!

This little condo is a great alternative to the hotels around the area. Being that it is so close to the beach, this was perfect for my almost 4-year-old daughter--close enough to hang out and still head back for a nap and a snack. The only downside was the condo did not have a bath (tricky for very little kids), but we managed just fine.The condo had great amenities and the covered garage parking was worth a lot. It gave us the freedom to go in and out of town without having to worry about finding a spot or walking too far. I would definitely come back again!
