5 STAR REVIEW ***** " Perfect spot for Mom to meet her adult children in the city and enjoy a fabulous weekend with everything the neighborhood had to offer. We walked everywhere, including to the theater, and found the apartment to be perfectly situated and wonderfully comfortable for our needs. Daniele could not have been a more gracious host and we took advantage of several of his recommendations. We'll be back!" This was sent to me by the guest via email. If you would like her phone number for reference please ask.

Quirky, stylish apartment in the thick of things. Convenient to museums and shops. Host was very helpful, including written materials regarding local attractions and amenities. Bldg staff was nice. Great water pressure.

Owner's Response: The family of three are 5 star Guests and we welcome them to come back to our home any time. We are happy they enjoyed our home. They provided a positive written review and only provided 4 stars. There was an issue with one of the electrical outlets not working. We checked the outlets and one electrical outlet was no longer working. We replaced it. When guests arrive, I provide an orientation, I inform all guests if there is any problem please call us ASAP and we will fix it with in that day. We were not informed about this outlet failure so we could not fix it. If we had the opportunity to fix the electrical outlet while the guests were there we would have. All future guests please call us to inform us of any problem or needs, we absolutely will fix and accommodate any repairs or information. This is a home not a hotel and we want you to enjoy our home and your NYC experience.

Great location, peaceful, quiet, safe

  • 5 of 5

This was a great location and a lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed, and The owner was really great in providing everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at our second home. The rooms are nice sized, and the location is perfect for those who love the Village, SOHO, NOHO, NOLITA, etc. We walked everywhere but public transportation easy. Solid neighborhood places to eat. Great coffee across the street. Best of all...NO LOUD CITY NOISES at night. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful home and a great location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was lovely and distinctive, and the location couldn't have been better. After multiple stays in Midtown and the Upper East side, we vastly prefer the Greenwich Village area. You're close to multiple subways, the restaurant options are wonderful, and the streets are quiet at night when you're trying to sleep. Daniele was a wonderful, responsive host. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment.

  • 5 of 5

This tastefully decorated apartment exceeded our (my daughter and I) expectations, as did the attentiveness of the owner. The location is ideal, the building's vibe is relaxed, and the apartment itself was a gem, a truly great place to hang out at the end of long day of playing around in the city. I'm already in touch with the owner to stay there on my next visit to the city. Top notch on every score.

Wonderful owner

  • 5 of 5

Unfortunately I was unable to rent this apartment because my trip fell through. The owner was so nice in getting all the information to me and I was ready to sign up when I cancel the reservation. It was no problem and he was very gracious. I hope that when I am able to reschedule my trip, the apartment is available because I would surely want to rent it.
