The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with great ocean, mountain and golf course views. It has been newly remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included.

About Debbie Riggs

My family and I live in British Columbia, Canada. My husband teaches in a local university and I am a full time home maker. We love traveling and meeting new people. I came to Waikiki with my cousin and friend in January of 2009. We stayed in Waikiki Banyan, and all of us loved it there. We then decided to buy a unit as our home away from home.

Condo was fantastic, great location, free parking a plus, great views from the balcony.

My girlfriends and I were very impressed with the condo. Everything we needed was there. Fully equipped kitchen. We found the place very clean. Easy walking distance to the beach and the shops, restaurants. We found the BBQ areas were really good too. I would very much like to stay there again and recommend to my friends. Thank you so much Debbie, from my girlfriends and I. We had a great holiday.

Great Location -

My family and I had a relatively nice stay. The condo is in a good location with free parking. The Kitchen is recently updated, well stocked with new appliances. The bathroom was partially updated (sink area). The tub/toilet area needs updating. The water temperature is hard to adjust and the shower curtain really needs to be changed more often. There is no privacy area between the shower/toilet area and the sink area. The towels/wash cloths were wore and ours had stains on them. The king bed was very comfortable. The lanai was perfect for breakfast and those morning rainbows.

Unit looked newer and better in photos than in reality

This unit fulfilled most necessities however it didn't seem completely clean. The bathroom needed much attention: 1) the toilet flushing mechanism was strange and had exposed screws 2) shower curtain was smelly and wasn't changed. Also a curved curtain rod would have greatly extended arm space in shower so as not to knock into said smelly shower curtain 3) shower faucet handles were loose and also didn't fit well together 4) bathtub drain was super slow

Patio: the sliding door was incredibly stiff. Had to use great amount of effort by kneeling and pushing hard from base of sliding door to open. This door also had no screen. Would have been nice to have one to let fresh air in without letting flies come in.

Floor: there were many cracks and broken tiles( pieces of them)

Overall this unit provided many necessary supplies such as laundry detergent and beach gear( though many pieces broken)

I would stay in a unit like this if some changes were made. In current condition I felt the nightly rate was too high even during peak season.

Very nice and close to everything

We had a very nice stay at this unit. It is extremely well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen, and we appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. Previous guests left behind unused sunscreen, etc, I'm assuming that could not be carried on a flight home--so we left some behind as well. We loved having a king sized bed, just like home, and our daughter was comfortable on the sofa bed. On the lanai we found a boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys, etc and we also were glad to find a small cooler to take down to the beach. This condo is a short 2 minute walk to Waikiki beach, so we went down there to swim and watch the sunset almost every night. There is no need for a car unless you wish to explore other parts of the island, and the parking is free which was great. A multitude of shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. This is an older building and not the Ritz, but it was very clean, well stocked and has a/c. I only have a few minor "complaints", not complaints really--just observations for the owner. The shower is very difficult to adjust water temperature. Also the sliding glass door to the lanai needs maintenance as it is difficult to open and close. We had trouble finding extra towels but finally located them in the dresser drawers. Also--we did not see the sign with instructions to take the trash out until our last day. All other instructions were very thorough and we appreciated so much the parking pass. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Condo had great view and all the beach equipment you need

The unit was equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable beach holiday. We had lunch and breakfast on the deck and enjoyed the view of the sea in the distance. It is only a short walk to the beach and the Food Pantry and the bus stops about 200 metres away. The only quibble we had (and it was NOT the fault of Debbie, the owner) is that one night the fire alarm woke us up and a loud voice telling us to evacuate the building. We hastily went down the 22 flights of stairs to gather in the street with several hundred others. No-one from management appeared to explain what was going on and eventually we decided it was a false alarm and went back to our rooms - still no appearance of any staff members. We were woken again at 12.45am and 2.00am with a similar false alarm. No apology at all for lack of organisation ever happened. I am so glad it wasn't the real thing otherwise it would have been disastrous. Apart from that glitch it was a wonderful holiday and I would recommend this unit to anyone.

a. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is using the property for the purpose of short-term occupancy in “as is” condition, at his/her own risk;
b. Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless its owners from any and all liability, negligence, loss damage injury or death resulting from the use of the property, dwellings, fixtures, and contents;
c. Renter hereby acknowledges that its owners are not responsible in any way for theft that may occur on or to your personal property during your stay;
d. Renter hereby acknowledges that they have been informed that properties and dwellings owned by owners are NOT child proofed. It is the Renter’s responsibility to monitor the activities of any minor children in their care. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risk and dangers of having swimming pools, lanais, ocean access, and hot tubs on site;
e. The Unit Owners do not warranty the safety of condition of ocean equipment and sand toys provided as a courtesy to guests. Each guest is responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and agrees to only use such equipment if properly trained. Any such equipment and sand toys shall be used at the guest’s sole risk and responsibility;
f. Renter agrees that any building maintenance work or work in neighboring units occurring during their stay is out of owner's control; therefore, no refund or discount will given.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
