Gemütliche, sehr ruhig gelegene, vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im südl. Grüngürtel Berlins

Die Begrüßung mit einem Blumenstrauss auf dem Wohnzimmertisch war eine sehr nette Geste der Vermieter. Die Vermieter selbst waren nicht aufdringlich und boten bei eventuellen Problemen jederzeit Hilfe an. Dies war nicht nötig. Die offene Wohnungsgestalltung (außer dem Bad) hat uns nicht gestört. Die überdachte Terasse ist für Raucher eine angenehme Sache. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Hausnähe vorhanden. Bei einem weiteren Berlinbesuch werden wir wiederkommen.

nicht hochwertig, jedoch ordentlich und weitestgehend sauber

Die Möblierung ist ausreichend, der Esstisch (Stehtisch) etwas ungemütlich. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Schlafbereich hinter einem Vorhang, war aber durchaus ausreichend. Grundsätzlich war es sauber (mir vielen eigentlich nur der Staub auf den Steckdosen auf und der Filter der Dunstabzugshaube war nicht meins). Der Herd sowie die Dunstabzugshaube sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktionierten jedoch noch (Licht der Dunstabzugshaube benötigte etwas Hilfsmittel). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und modern. Durch den Kellerbereich waren es ein paar Spinnen mehr, welche wir gleich der Wohnung verbannt haben. Das Vermieterehepaar sowie die auch im Haus wohnende Schwiegermutter waren sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Die Autobahnanbindung war genial, um schnell nach Potsdam oder Berlin zu gelangen. Mit den öffentlich Verkehrsmitteln war es uns zu lang, so dass wir mit dem Pkw in die Städte gereist und erst dort auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel umgestiegen sind. Im Umkreis von 50 Metern war immer parken möglich, auch bei später Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist trotz Autobahnnähe sehr ruhig. Leider fehlen ein paar fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Bäcker), wofür die Vermieter aber nichts können.
