We have been hosting for a while and we are loving every single moment of it. Great Walking neighborhood with pride of ownership is showcased here. If you like architecture this neighborhood has charm. Each house is custom built and every house looks different. It offers Tree-Lined mature Magnolia trees.

The house has been completely renovated yet retains it's old charm. The layout is very open with well appointed 3 bedrooms and a spacious back yard. You'll also have your own driveway for your cars so parking is very convenient, just steps from your front door. Extremely quiet and peaceful street. It's a refuge in the middle of bustling LA.

Fantastic !

Paul and Daisy are fantastic hosts, the house is great and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in LA. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but allows easy access to everything you want to see in LA. Would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in staying again.

Comfort and Location A++

Conveniently located, the property was an ideal home base for our visit to Universal Studios and the Rose Bowl. We booked a tour of LA and the service picked us up from the house.

Perfectly clean and well appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend the rental.

We had a wonderful time here. Definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay here! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We used the modern kitchen with granite countertops, amazing gas oven/cooktop, and every thing else you could possibly need, every day of our stay. The Weber gas grill was the big selling point for us and our party of 5, but did not expect the fun light show that came one at dusk in the beautiful backyard as we sat out on the patio and enjoyed our relaxing dinner. The beds were all firm and comfortable and everyone in our group was pleased with their night's sleep. As stated by others, the lofted bedroom is for the young who do not mind steep stairs, but we had no problems with this. The bathrooms were cute with a historical 1940's subway tile feel and great water pressure for after those sightseeing, beach going, amusement park going days. Paul and Daisy were wonderful to work with and everything went smoothly with the transaction.

Beautiful property and great location!

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at! Paul and Daisy were two of the friendliest and nicest people you could meet. They were very accommodating and provided great tips on what to do in LA. The house is immaculate and full of charm and beauty. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to both the 101 and 405 as well as right next to Studio City and North Hollywood. Proximity to Universal, Santa Monica and the Getty cannot be beat! Valley Village was a wonderful location to stay in and we would stay there again in a minute. Our family was very sad to leave this morning and our only regret is that we left so early we could not tell Paul or Daisy good bye! I hope we see them again! Cannot recommend this house highly enough. If you are coming to LA, make this your first and only reservation for lodging. It was the best way to spend our vacation!

Beautiful Place

The house was easy to get to from the LAX airport. It was clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything. We met the owners of the property and they were lovely people. We would surely recommend this place and hopefully come back again ourselves.

Perfect Stay

The rental process was really easy and the house was perfect for a group of seven. Paul and Daisy are both very nice and responsive, and the location is excellent for getting to Universal Studios, Hollywood, and the beach. Couldn't have gone better, we'll definitely be returning!
