Our family loves coming to Moab to hike, bike and relax. We live in Colorado and it's just a few hours to come from the mountains into the high desert of Moab.

Why Ed Foran Owner/Manager chose Moab

We chose Moab because it is an incredibly beautiful and fun place to be. The red rock scenery, the huge Cottonwoods along the Colorado River (Moab is truly a desert oasis), the history, the quirky small town, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks...Moab is very unique and there's much to do if you enjoy the outdoors.

We snapped up this unit as it was being built because of its downtown location. Moab zoning does not allow nightly rentals in most of downtown, and most condos of this size are far out of town.

What makes this condo unique

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a completely equipped kitchen, including a gas grill and outdoor dining area and hot tub.

Great house, great location

This house was great for 6 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out. Only a couple blocks to town so we could walk. The pool was right next door. Perfect for visiting Arches and Canyonland National Parks.

Great location! Perfect stay in Moab!

Our family of four loved this home! It’s huge! After several days of small hotel rooms, it felt so luxurious. The hot tub and indoor pool right next door were an added bonus. The location is perfect. You’re away from the crowds downtown, but close enough to go grab a bite to eat in 5 min. We wished we could have stayed for an entire week! If it’s available, book it now!

Great property, great location.

We stayed here for a fall company trip and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and even basic cooking supplies. The house was furnished beautifully and had plenty of beds for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Property manager needs fired

If I overlook the cobwebs that my family and I cleaned from the bathrooms, lampshades and two walls along with the stupidity of not entrusting a garage door remote to renters (charge a deposit) then I would rate this a very good value. Sending this 70 yo retired eye doctor a picture of a garage door opener was insulting enough but the owner not knowing that remotes were not given to renters is irresponsible. If this were one of my properties I would have fired the property manager long ago.

And be sure to spray for bugs. We made several trips carrying the little critters outside. FS

Owner's Response: All I can say is that after 89 reviews, our rating is 4.8 out of 5. The person that stayed after him, gave us a 5 star rating..... This guest was really upset about no remote controls for the garage doors and didn't like my explanation. Remote controls tend to disappear, so I stopped replacing them. In this business, no matter how hard you try, you're not going to get a perfect score, but given our track record of positive reviews, I don't think this review was fair.

Clean and spacious property....A/C is weak

Clean and spacious property. A/C can't be moved below 74 degrees. Unfortunately, the master bedroom has one small vent. It's not enough to keep the room cool. As such, we didn't sleep so well the first couple of nights. Thankfully, the weather cooled down during the middle of the week.

Called the local guy, never received a call back.

Location is great. Place is big. Did not use the hot tub or pool so can't comment on those.

If you like to cook, bring your own supplies. The pots/pans/toaster, etc. are pretty low quality. Blow dryers were pretty low quality as well.

There are plenty of towels!
