The home is located in beautiful subdivision that is nestled between US Hwy #1 and the beach road (AIA). The community is gated but not pretentious at all. There are two entrances into the community. One is on US Hwy 1 and the other entrance/exit is up at the beach. The community is very dog friendly but you must keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog. The beach is also dog friendly as well as long as your dog is well behaved.
The home is a 3 BR/3 Bath that has been completely renovated and is always a work in progress. The floors are tiled with large tasteful, neutral colored tile. The color scheme of the interior paint provides a tropical feel with out being over the top. The kitchen has granite tiled counter tops and white cabinetry and is fully equipped. There is also a large refrigerator that provides plenty of space for food. The bathrooms have been renovated and will surely meet your standards. They have granite counter tops and walk in showers and tub for you bathers. The living room has plantatation shutters for adjusting the lighting and provides a great place to relax and watch a ball game or a movie. All of the furniture is leather. There is a large screen TV as well as a stereo system that also has speakers in the back yard. There is a large tropical ceiling fan that provides just the right temperature. There are two downstairs bedrooms and one upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms is a large loft with a full bath adjacent to it. The bed situation is this: two king, 1queen.and a pullout couch.
The back yard provides a great setting entertaining or being alone. It is walled in with a private pool and beautifully landscaped. There is landscape lighting that provides a great ambiance at night. The stereo system has high quality outdoor speakers in the backyard for your outdoor listening. There are golf courses very close and tennis as well. The supermarket is just a short distance and good restaurants are in close proximity as well. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased the property over 15 years ago and I have consistently upgraded the property. If you are looking for a place that feels like your home then this is it.

Location, location, location. Very secure and safe neighborhood. The house is located in probably one of the best sections of Jupiter.

OceanWalk in Jupiter FL
Getting to stay at this lovely little house in OceanWalk was a real treat. It was close to the beach and everything else we wanted to do. The pool was very clean and was a dream to have right at your back door. I would recommend staying here if you visit Jupiter. I do t think you would be disappointed. The kitchen needed some baking dishes but other than that, everything we needed was there. Thanks for the great vacation spot John.
Great location, nice pool and well appointed!
Mr. McCarthy was very pleasant to work with and responded quickly to questions. The home was wonderful, well furnished and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The pet friendly beach was a ten minute walk away and people in the neighborhood were very nice and cordial.
The owner John did not pay back the deposit as he was supposed to acc. to contract.
He does answer our e-mails, and we will not recommend to do business with mr John.
First off the renter showed up with no money to pay. Great start. I let him move in as he was with his kids and it was after midnight. Then his inappropriately young trophy wife acted like I was the concierge at the Ritz Carlton. She demanded new pillows and a new vacuum . I changed out the bag in the vacuum and went out and purchased new pillows to shut her up,. Still unsatisfied with the vacuum she pulled the cord all the way and then cut the cord half way through with a knife and then put the vacuum out in the garbage. Who does this? Finally , they backed up the toilet so that it overflowed onto the floor and I had to call a plumber to "snake" the line. When asked what caused the overflow I was told in a Norwegian accent " I don't know I use toilet and flush and water come out of the toilet. The plumber who I had to call told me that about a dozen baby wipes were flushed down the toilet and this was the cause of that the toilet overflow. So did I retain part of their deposit to cover the plumber and to replace the cord on the vacuum. Absolutely. I don't rip people off but I should not have to pay for their outlandish actions.
Great property and great location
We stayed at this property for 3 winter months for 3 years and it was perfect for us. Giving up our time slot to move to Florida! The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and is close to many unique restaurants and Florida activities. Lots of room and a great pool. Wonderful for walks any time of the day or evening in a friendly gated neighborhood. We had many good times here and will take away many good memories. The owner became a friend and was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.
