The home is located in beautiful subdivision that is nestled between US Hwy #1 and the beach road (AIA). The community is gated but not pretentious at all. There are two entrances into the community. One is on US Hwy 1 and the other entrance/exit is up at the beach. The community is very dog friendly but you must keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your dog. The beach is also dog friendly as well as long as your dog is well behaved.
