You'll fall in love with Fripp Island just like we did when we brought our young children to our family's annual beach vacation years ago. The rich smell of the salt water marsh and the cloudless blue sky...bare feet and swimsuits are the dress of the day. Evenings filled with card games and laughter...warm summer nights on the back porch. The children collapse into bed each night, exhausted from hours of bike riding, swimming and romping in the waves.
The Fripp House is a warm and inviting 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath Southern Low Country home. Relax with a spectacular view of the beautiful salt marsh and the privacy of a large corner lot filled with live oaks and palms. You'll love the quiet setting with a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive in one of our two golf carts. There is nothing quite like a warm summer evening sitting on one of the two front porches or screened back porch enjoying a glass of wine and relaxing to the sound of the high tide.

We love the South Carolina low country coast because it isn't just a location, it's a way of life. We hope you too will enjoy the magic of Fripp Island and THE FRIPP HOUSE and that you'll bring your family back year after year making memories that last a lifetime.
We are a large family - We have been a part of Fripp for years. When we decided to build a house at Fripp, we knew it had to be large enough for big families. We love every part of this island.
See our website above.

Fripp Island is a special island in the LowCountry. It has a special allure. Families feel safe here, wildlife is abundant, the beach is sandy and your children can ride their bikes everywhere! Not only will you love this island, you will want to come back year after year.
Our home is on a large one acre corner lot with a beautiful view of the marsh. It is a very private lot with several deer families that live in our wooded space. We feed the deer out of our hands! Across the street is the inlet with a fishing pier/dock. Our kids love to go fishing there ... one day we caught a sting ray!
We are located ~ right off Tarpon onto Bonito, 1st right off Bonito onto Wahoo, at end of road on left, corner lot.
Oh my goodness what a house !!! Everything here you would ever need . Kitchen so well stocked with cookware . Golf carts the way to travel on this island . Take the time to venture out and see all the homes and drive around the beaches. Also make sure you take a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunset and hope its high tide to see the dolphins playing in the water. Thanks so much for your beautiful home !!!!!
The Fripp House is perfect for large families, with lots of living space and a kitchen with everything you could want for those great family dinners. The neighborhood is quiet, the yard a haven for wildlife, and bird watchers will delight in seeing painted buntings in the trees outside. The beach and the pool are a few minutes away -- on foot or by golf cart, and there are plenty of activities for those who like to hike, kayak or bike. Should it rain, the house has plenty of electronics, and the owners are available by phone to answer any questions you might have.
This is an amazing home! Brand new, beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the best area of Fripp. We loved the short walk to the marina and the beach. The owners are great to work with. We'll definitely rent it again.
