A beautiful home, with many wonderful features! It features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a private elevator, gourmet kitchen with granite coutertops and high end appliances, as well as a private pool with a large deck surrounding with a gas grill and outdoor shower facilities. LOCATION: Our home is conveniently located one street off Palm Blvd on Cameron Blvd. Cameron is a quiet street just far enough from the busy Palm Blvd where you will not be bothered by the noise or traffic! We are also conveniently located just across the street from a sandy beach access path that makes a walk to the beach quick and easy!

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor opens into the living room with a fireplace which has access to the front deck and rear deck with pool. This living area flows into the dining room and gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances; all living areas have access to the deck and pool area. Continuing down the hallway, there is a large downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and deck access as well as a bedroom with a king bed which also has access to the hall bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor houses a 2nd large master bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a footed, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Down the hallway you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds that share a bath, a bedroom with a king and a private bath, and the laundry room.

THIRD FLOOR: The third floor loft has two twin beds and a television.

Our home includes: driveway and indoor covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, front porch and private deck surrounding a beautiful 14' x 30' private pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer for guest use, color cable TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and wifi capabilities.

Check-in for our property is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We require all guests to abide by these time requirements unless prior arrangements have been made with the property management. Disregarding these time requirements will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

Our family has always enjoyed vacationing at the beach. After researching several beaches in North and South Carolina, we chose Isle of Palms, South Carolina because it was one of the last 'island living' resort locations that we found appealing. It is minutes away from wonderful dining, a beautiful relaxed beach, and of course, the wonderful city of historic Charleston.

What makes this house unique

We most enjoy relaxing on the beach and/or pool, while in a slower-paced vacation environment. We enjoy the wonderful local cuisine, shopping and numerous options for local entertainment. We get total relaxation in a very laid-back atmosphere. Driving a short distance into historic Charleston is also a favorite and a treat. There is so much to see and do here!

Excellent customer service! Awesome house. Daughter says master bedroom was most comfortable bed she has ever slept in and master bath was a dream. And she was amazed that the bear she had left there was mailed within a week. Pool was great and kitchen was very well equipped. Beautiful decorating. Great house, best beach house we have rented in over 20 years and 3 beaches.

King size beds (3), Queen size Beds (2), Twin or Single Beds (4) We have one set of twin beds that are located in 1 room on the 2nd level and another set of twin beds located in the loft on the 3rd level, Baby Cribs (1) Portable Pack-n-Play with attachable changing table and music / noise maker, all bed linens are provided. The recently updated loft/bedroom & twin beds should only be used by children/individuals 10 & up due to room location & responsibility of the individual - no jumping on beds!!!

Very nice house at a great location

The house was very clean with all the proper essentials provided. The pool was great also.

The location is outstanding being just a block+ to the beach and just a short drive to the HARRIS Teeter.

The rooms were very nice sized and the bathrooms were large, clean, and functioning in great shape.

The A/C worked well even during a vey hot week. The outdoor showers on the side of the house and by the pool were convenient and functional.

The basement/garage was enormous and clean. The locks were strong and gave us a secure feeling.

All in all, a great house in a great location. Highly Recimmended!

Absolutely Beautiful Home!!

We had a great time in this beautiful home only a block away from the beach. The pool was nice to come home to after a day at the beach. Loved the master bathroom and so nice that each room has its own bathroom. Decorated very nice. Also loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. Kitchen stocked well with appropriate dishes and cookware. Elevator great for bringing up suitcases and groceries! Would definitely go back!! Thank you!

Very nice home and well equipped in the kitchen except for a lack of dish cloths and towels.

A great place for families

Our family spent the Christmas holiday at the Hip Joint and were very happy. The house is spacious and well-appointed, we especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and swimming in the heated pool. Very quick walk to the beach (fun to rent the beach cruiser bikes and ride right on the beach!), had great meals at Home Team BBQ, Long Island Café, and especially The Obstinate Daughter (amazing cocktails, too).

Wonderful Home!!

We had the pleasure of staying at 3105 Cameron for the past week. Everyone loved this home. The rooms were very spacious and so well appointed! Everything was very clean and welcoming--they even had a sign on the chalkboard in the garage to welcome us!! The pool is in the perfect place right off the kitchen--very easy to access and a great size. Having two refrigerators in the kitchen was great too--plenty of freezer room!! It was very easy to get to the beach--and the wonderful park is nearby. We would highly recommend this home!! Mary G

Cleaning Fee $300
Refundable damage deposit $500
Property Damage Protection $79
Tax Rate 13.5%

Our rental rate includes all fees, with the exception of a $300, one-time cleaning fee and the 13.5% rental tax that is required in addition to the base rate. We do not charge maintenance fees with your booking, but a standard cleaning fee does apply.We do require a $500 security deposit that is 100% refundable to you if nothing is damaged, broken or stolen during your stay. This is returned to you after departure.
Cancellation policy: If you should book our property and have to cancel within 72 hours of booking, there will be a $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs after 72 hours, but before 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit 50% of your down payment amount. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of your arrival date, you will lose 100% of the reservation amount paid to date.
