The apartment is located away from the city of Zadar in Dalmatia, in the small town of Kožino, 7 km. Most newly built houses from Kožino extend toward on a slight slope to the beach. They are surrounded by the typical Mediterranean flora.
The house is situated in a very quiet, rarely traveled road right beside the sea. The Adriatic with attached beach is 30 meters from the house and is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. A small bay with shallow water and sandy bottom can be reached in 100 m. Restaurants and shops are in about 1.2 km and 6 km (large supermarket).
The apartment (75 m2) is friendly and very bright and has two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed (1.40m wide) and a double sofa bed. In the very large living room you can feel comfortable in a cozy sitting area with satellite TV. This room also serves as a place to sleep for two more people on a double sofa bed.
The apartment is completed by a shower room with toilet and a guest toilet. The kitchen area of the living room is equipped with an electric hob, hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes and has enough work space. On large, sturdy dining table can accommodate eight people. All rooms are accessible from a large hallway and have sea views.
Two large glass walls with sliding doors provide access to the 20 m² balcony. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea. With a little luck you can watch dolphins. In leafy, paved courtyard courtyard there is a barbecue with sitting area. There is also an outdoor shower.
Parking is available outside the house. Bike rental is possible on site.
The German-speaking landlord is present on site.
